Hello everyone,

Like a lot of people I've been a lurker for some weeks now and I finally decided to come forward and introduce myself as well as post weekly updates. I haven't been a forum since my highschool days, but the positivity inside the breastnexus community and the support for everyone, trans or cis, won me over.

I'm making this thread with the itty bitty community in mind (everyone is welcome though) as I feel like many threads made by members starting out with a tiny chest aren't well documented (photos, regular updates, etc).

I'm 30 years old (no children). I was a late bloomer, my nipples started budding only when I was 13, I got my period when I was 14, and then my breast development came to a halt probably when I was 15. I'm petite, 1m53 tall and I've pretty much kepy my highschool weight (with fluctuations when I was a student), but I would say my normal range is 45-47 kilograms (I would like to stay at 47).

At my most, I weighed 52 kg but I don't remember my breats getting a significant increase in size, I do however remember my tummy, arms and butt getting fatter. Basically gaining weight isn't a solution.
I'm fairly athletic, even a bit muscular, I've been practicing martial arts regularly for 3 years now, and I would like to keep my athletic build since I really enjoy it. 

The women in my family, my Sister, Mom and maternal Grandmother aren't small chested. Unfortunately they are a bit overweight but even then, my Sister developped early and generously (probably in the D range) while I pretty much stayed behind. I apparently inherited my small attributes from my paternal Grandmother who was on the thin side. Go figure.

I would say my chest is in the AA range though I have to admit I only started investing in bras last year since before that I didn't feel the need to wear them, so I was never properly measured.

My aim would be to go to a full A cup and then if I'm lucky reach a B cup. I like small breasts and I think they look good on me, and I do enjoy being a bit "non-conventional", petite and athletic, but I don't want breasts THIS small. Basically any growth is welcome and if I can reach a point where I can wear a pushup bra to make them look even fuller, that is my goal. Right now, there isn't enough to "push up".

On a side note, I work in the video game industry, an industry that isn't kind to women, my male colleague is also boob obsessed and immature. I was teased and commented on by family, friends and people I didn't care for, both male and female. I can say that only 2 partners were genuinely into my small breasts, the others, either admitted to my face they liked big breasts or didn't bother my breasts, or bothered slightly with my breasts after I complained they didn't get anough attention.

Why am I doing this ? I have zero self confidence, I'm prone to depression, having suffered from depression in the past. I'm smart, funny, sarcastic, out-spoken but all that fades whenever I find myself near a girl with a prettier face and big breasts. I rember one time I was putting on makeup, seeing my self in the mirror next to a friend who was taller and curvy made me feel worthless for days. I don't want that any more.

First week of NBE (26 May 2019)

I measured : 

70 cm across chest
77 across breasts (though think I measured wrongly and was probably more like 75).

I have a Nexplanon implant in my left arm that constantly relesease a synthetic (I think) progestin : etonogenestrel (correct me if I'm wrong). So no "real" periods here, and that suits me just fine.

Before this I used the Optilova pill (ethinylestradiol/levonorgestrel). 

A couple of years go I used a different BC pill and I remember my boyfriend commenting that by breasts got a bit bigger, though I myself don't remember a significant increase.

Week 1 of NBE :

Noogleberry only with medium domes. I applied Shea butter to help with suction.

These are photos 3 days in NB, post noogling (30 minutes). No swelling at first, so you can consider this as my "starting size". As you can see I'm not "flat chested", there is some tissue to work with, just not much.

First week of NBE, part 2 :

I took photos with a regular unpadded bra for comparison. Unfortunately I'm so unused to putting on bras that I put it inside out, anyway since it's just fabric and no padding, this is pretty much how I look in a plain bra  Dodgy

Welcome, glad you have joined the pack.

SO here is my starting standard advice.
Take measurements and pics as you go along.
Too many pics and measurements will drive you bonkers so once and month or less will be fine.
You need to do both because one or the other will lie to you.

Next here is a good thread for you to wander through and may help you pic a path.

and Noogle is wonderful, it will make your breasts fuller long before you see any increase in measurements, dont get in a hurry, pump regularly and with comfortable pressure. You cant just suck those bigger breasts out.

After a full 1 week of NB with small domes, no swelling, no change, though I think there was a small increase in fulness, noticeable when I wore a bra. I noogled for 30 minutes everyday.

Week 2 of NBE :

I started incorporating massages for 10 minutes with shea butter as well as noogling almost everyday, 30 minutes during the week, 1-2 hours during the weekends. Still no swelling

Week 3 basically the same thing.

Week 4, Noogling with medium domes, massaging with shea butter and also taking Biocyte supplements. This is the ONLY breast supplement I found sold in a pharmacy. I don't trust supplements sold on amazon or other sites that aren't regulated. I don't exactly trust pharmacies either, but I'm thinking that the supplements they sell are more controlled by specialists (maybe I'm wrong).
I'm not very keen on the idea of self medicating, I would like to keep my routine simple and avoid taking too many herbs and pills. I prefer having a pair of tiny but healthy breasts to a pair of big breasts that might turn cancerous 10 years down the line.
Biocyte supplements contain : Fenugreek, oats (avena sativa), fenell and saw palmetto.

So right now what I take is : 

hyaluronic acid in the morning (for skin)
1 Biocyte pill at noon
Collagen pills and 1 biocyte pill before sleep

I used to take Biotin supplements at noon (skin, hair and nails) but stopped since I started taking Biocyte instead, to keep things simple.

I drank protein shakes 3 times a day during week 4, however I finished my lactic protein powder and I will replace it with a vegetarian protein powder. I want bigger breasts but I don't want them to come at the expense of animal suffering. I'm also thinking of switching to MSM instead of collagen for the same reasons and I'm also looking into a vegetarian alternative for hyaluronic acid.
I mixed the protein powder with soy milk. My diet is mostly made of vegetables, potatoes, pasta, I try to avoid sugary and pre processed foods as much as I can. I still eat cheese but I try to limit my consumption of animal derived products, even though I am not fully vegan nor vegetarian.

I have martial arts classes 3 times per week and I try to excercise as much as I can on my off days (gym, running, walking).

I also started drinking spearmint and fennel tea (advertised as detox at my local supermarket). I've run out of teabags but I'll get some more soon.

I guess it's around week 4 that I noticed some swelling.

Week 5, there is some swelling post noogle. I also added the Byocite topical cream containing :  Cellactive form (supposed to help fat storage), hyaluronic acid, fenugreek. We'll see.

Hello Bobbi, thank you for the warm welcome and the advice. I haven't measured myself since I first started and I won't do it any time soon. However I will document the first weeks since that might offer other people that start out small an insight as to what to expect. It also motivates me to keep going Big Grin

Hi Dboobies, thank you for the welcome.

Unfortunately that isn't actualy growth just a bit of swelling from Noogling that I started noticing after the 1 month mark, but it still is something.

Small update :  I added MSM in pill form (1000 mg/pill), however after looking into it it seems that pure MSM powder is better or breast growth than the pill form because it does not have additives, so I ordered some (against my better judgement, as I don't trust internet sellers). I also read that taking vitamin C could also help with MSM.

My "program" is :

Morning : 750 mg of Chasteberry pills to rebalance my hormones, 200 mg Hyaluronic Acid pills for skin/joints, a cup of spearmint tea to lower testosterone and breast massage with Biocyte serum.
Noon : 1 x Biocyte Pill, 2000 mg of MSM and a cup of spearmint tea
Evening : a rice protein shake after meal, 10 minute massage with Bi-oil and Noogle for 1 hour (pump and hold for now). After shower I massage with Biocyte serum and drink 1 cup of fennel seed tea.
Before bed : Collagen supplements and 1 x Biocyte pill

I noogle and massage more during the weekends, but during the week I can only put in 1 hour because my schedule is already tight as it is.

I also ordered Biovea PC cream (again, against my better judgement), but I am very scared to use it. If all else fails, I might give it a try, but it's too risky to use without proper professional advice.

It's been 6 weeks since I started noogling and less than a month since I started out with all the rest. I keep adding things as I go even though that might not be such a good idea. 
For now my breast size is the same, I get a bit of swelling when I noogle and I get the impression that it has made my areola puffier (like it's being pulled out), but that's mainly it. I think I reached the maximum amount of supplements/creams that I want to use.

As for diet : I'm 90% vegetarian, so mostly vegetables, carbs and soy derived products : veggie lasagnas, pasta, salads, etc.

You need at least 12 weeks to notice an improvement in noogling. Average results come around 6 months or so, so you just need to stick to your plan right now and once you reach the week 12th, perhaps you should add more minutes on the noogling sessions, but SLOWLYYYY, please, be gentle and patient with yourself - it is essential to keep in mind this is a long term journey, no need to rush and definitely breaks are welcome! (every 12-16 weeks, AT LEAST 7 days off)
And always listen to your body, watch out if you get any rare feeling...


About your program:

- I would readjust the MSM dosage (build it up) and put it around 1000mg until the summer is over. The MSM results are sooo great but it can hurt your stomach, so better if you get used to it and you will have time to consume 3000mg daily by next year ^^

-Hyaluronic pills plus collagen is a great idea indeed, and the dosage seems to be okay. 

- SP tea twice a day, fine!

- Vitex, I think you may need to cycle it but SurferJoe will guide you better than myself on this issue

- Protein shake, you may need to take one in the morning and another one before, during or after noogling. This was a huge discovery when I began noogling, it really helps to add extra protein

- Massage : great tool ^^ go for it!

- Diet: I'd suggest you to balance the fats/proteins/ carbs n your diet. I think most of us do not realise but fats and proteins are way more important for building breast tissue than carbs (not saying carbs are not important cause it is, but less for NBE purposes!)



PS: I was your size when I started in 2015. Noogling and massage are great for NBE, so be consistent and never loose the patience! Nowadays I am 91,10cm ^^

Thank you for the tips and the support. I will deffinitely cut on the MSM dosage and build up as I too prefer to take things slowly. I know it is a long term commitment and I am willing to go through with it, I guess the lack of visible results despite the effort can get a tad discouraging.
