Soo one of the worst thing I've ever done to my breast is slapping them!
If you were as desperate as me you probably heard about this method :S
and what bothers me the most is it didn't hurt at the time it just turns red and it became dark after a while, so I wasn't allowed to massage or touch my boobs and I had to use some cream so it can be normal again.. The things you do for NBE huh
