  • 100 mg PM or around 1/32-1/16th tsp.  As long as you don't go too high you don't need to be precise.  At this amount you don't need to cycle it; use it every day.
  • 6,000 mg fenugreek
  • 3,000 mg maca, optional, stop when you run out
  • 2,500 mg saw palmetto
  • spearmint tea, optional
  • Fenugreek extract massage wouldn't hurt if you want and it may help a little, but it's smelly and you don't need too.
  • Don't use hops.  Not at the same time as PM anyway.
  • Don't use boost for her.  It's a scam.  It does increase libido a little though.

Also pick up:
  • Progesterone cream.  Use 1/8 tsp once a day.
  • Massage with flaxseed oil.  See happyme's link.
Be patient for 2-4 months and I think that'll get you to a C.  If not, then read up a bunch.  Or read up a bunch anyway while you're waiting the 2-4 months.  But keep in mind anything will usually take a few months before you see much; even if a lucky so and so grew in a week.

Good luck.

Those amounts are ridiculous....please DO NOT follow this plan, 600mg of fenugreek has been shown to increase estradiol.....not 6000mg, not to mention what that amount will do to blood sugar. Surferjoe, come on...please stop.

If i took a zero off each dose would it be good? XD

7,500 mg fenugreek recommended to lactating mother's: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26430522
Around 6,000 mg is an extremely common amount with a thousand different recommendations in that ballpark.  There are studies showing below 1,500 mg fenugreek or maca has no benefit whatsoever.

Likewise for the other herbs.

I listed out a mild program to avoid any health problems.  Half might still have some small effect.  Less than that may have no effect at all good or bad.

Do you have a reference quantifying the estrogen effect of 600 mg of whole fenugreek, for example in terms of equivalent mcg of estradiol?

It took 5 seconds to find because there are 1,000 others recommending the same amount.

It means unfortunately you have to read anyway because people disagree.  Have fun.

pubmed.gov doesn't study NBE but it studies lactation.  You can find dosages in many: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?ter...+lactation
saw palmetto: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=saw+palmetto
Note they typically use an 85-95% fatty acid extract when whole saw palmetto is about 12%-ish, so you need 8 times as much to get the same amount.
maca: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=maca
PM: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?ter...irifica+mg

Yup, it's been up for over a year.

Fenugreek increased estradiol

And this thread points out the very real dangers of interactions.

A dangerous combination

At 125 pounds?, no, I don't think so.
