did you take it internally, exeternally or both.

did you dilute it with a carrier oil? or ful strength?

I seriously LOVE your plan, it reminds me much like my own. I might pick at yours a bit myself actually :p I am estrogen dom but I would like to try that wild yam cream, it sounds interesting.

may I ask what waist trainer you use? Big Grin you have a great body!

I found it online, fennel essential oil.. by googling "fennel essential oil buy onlien australia" (where i live!) however, i recently switched to fennel supplements! i think they are working, plus they also work well for digestive issues Smile

i just buy it from my local health food store... the brand name is "nature's goodness" and its wild yam cream with chase berry
i seriously love this stuff, my routine is devoid without it! haha

I just realised i can get this cream down the road. What do you think its purpose is though? It claims its rich in phytoestrogens, wild yam incraeses esgtrogen unless sythesized in a lab then it promotes progesterone, but vitex raises progesterone. It seems it might encourage a balance of both.. I dont tolerate progesterone cream but i know im out of balance so keen to see what this is about. 

You look fricken amazing though.

Yeh i clicked i have fennel essential oil in my hethers tummy tamers digestive pills, i take maca too and it balances my cycle but as soon as i stop i go right back to being unblanced!

it was such an off-beat and unintentional comment, but like all women do! i internalised it and developed a HUGE complex about it. i then decided to do something about it.

my program:

- i started NBE in late 2014. i have this Ultrasonic LED massage device that is intended for facial beauty. it cost me around $300 and i bought it for completely unrelated issues (acne) back in 2013. i started using this on my breasts after I was unable to find any relevant information for its impact on boob growth. i would use blue led light for my acne and over time it cleared up.

- i started to apply the red-LED light to my chest

- an ex-commented that they looked swollen after i had the red-led light on my cleavage.

- i would massage my breasts for 30 minutes a few times a week when i had time
