Thought I'd update since it's been a couple weeks... so I haven't done much the past week nbe or workout wise as I've had a lot going on then I got sick, just now getting better, so I did pump tonight but I'm about to start my period so might wait to restart supplements. I'm still at 37 inches before pumping but swell to 38 inches after my noogling sessions.

I went to the Dr today to be checked out for the stomach flu I had and she kind of alarmed me that I have a swollen thyroid, she called it a groiter. I did a bit of research on it and found problems with the thyroid can cause it, both overactive and under active. What confused me is I'm not overweight nor underweight. I'm not having any problems with weight loss or gain, I'm kind of maintaining at the moment. But reading through thyroid problem symptoms she might be onto something... it says higher body temperature, sweating while sleeping, really heavy or really light periods, hair loss, fatigue are all symptoms... the past few years I can say I've had those symptoms. So of course I also looked up natural ways to help it and iodine (kelp mainly) came up. So I'm going to start taking kelp again to see if it helps my symptoms. It also couldn't hurt nbe, it helped with my bo program after all ☺

So I'm contemplating if I want to keep going with a pm program or go back to a bo program. I think either way a cleanse is in need for me. So I'm kind of trying to decide what I want to do after I cleanse. I'm going to start my cleanse next week, as I'm on my period at the moment. What do you ladies think? As far as cleanse I will be taking milk thistle, drinking green tea etc for a week and apple fasting for a few days.

I'm also considering ordering one of those latex workout corsets to add to my workout routine to define my waist more, anyone using one?

Okay so while I'm tempted to go back to a BO program, I think for now I'm going to stick with a PM program. I was going through my supplements that I have on hand and I have 2 bottles left of PM with 100 caps in each, so 200 caps. So my program is as follows since I'm adding some supplements...

2 PM pills per day of 350mg PM from Thanyaporn
one Collagen pill per day which has 750mg of Collagen (until I run out then I think I'm going to switch to powder amino collagen)
2 Omega 3-6-9 softgels per day
one 1000mg of Garlic softgel per day
2 5000 mcg of Biotin per day
one daily women's multi vitamin per day
I also take about 5 grams of Arginine AKG powder by Swanson per day
one 225 mcg kelp per day
3 500 mg spirulina per day
1 1000 mg MSM per day
1 500 mg maca per day
2 1000 mg alfalfa per day

I'm going to continue at 2 PM pills per day this month and see what happens. If I continue with that dosage this should be another 3 1/2 month program for me. So if I'm not seeing any results by then I'll cleanse and switch it up. I'm continuing to pump nightly for 30 mins to an hour.

Ellacraig, I don't have any problems remembering them, but taking so many sometimes is a pain, that's why I am trying to finish off some. And like with the collagen take some in powder form. I take my L-Arginine in powder form.

So Tuesday last week I started showing signs of a uti. It got worse the next day so I stopped all supplements and have been supplementing to get rid of the uti. Been taking cranberry tablets, I don't like cranberry juice, drinking tons of water, taking vitamin c, and azo uti pain relief. It seems to be clearing up so going to start up supplements for nbe again tonight but I think I'm going to take out the spirulina and alfalfa as those were the two I added before I got the uti. I use to get uti's all the time but haven't had one in about 2 years. I'm a squirter during sex and I haven't released that in a couple weeks when I'm intimate with my guy so that could be it also. Releasing it or peeing after sex is important for sure.

Update. I measured a few days ago and again tonight, I'm at 37 1/2 inches, I get to 38-38 1/2 when I pump. I start my period soon so going to see where I am after. I'm going to finish off the pm I have then after I think I'm going to switch to a bo program after a cleanse. I'm not getting any growing signs or anything from the pm so maybe bo is just better for me. I'll keep you ladies updated of any changes.

Just got off my period and I'm back to 37 inches Sad so 3 months of PM and no growth, so I think it's safe to say maybe PM just isn't for me. I'm not getting any growth signs whatsoever. So I decided while I was on my period to do a cleanse, which I did. So now I'm going to start a BO program. I will type everything and dosages tomorrow, I'm also going to get some pics for progress and post those also. Not just NBE pics but for workout progress also. My goal is to be more fit, bigger boobs, smaller waist, my hips and butt want the same or maybe 1-2 inches bigger would be fine also. I may also post pics before my weight loss last year to show how much I've lost already.

Sorry got very busy the past week... so it's been a week since I started my bo program and I've already had itching, fullness/heaviness feelings, tingles etc. They have felt Fuller too. So I measured today and I'm at 37 1/2 inches. I'm going to post everything I'm taking...

Swanson raw ovarian glandular 250mg one two times daily
Swanson sheep placenta 400mg one daily
Vitafusion women's multivitamin gummy, two gummies daily
Now brand Maca 500mg one daily
Now brand msm 1000mg two daily
Now brand kelp 325mcg one daily
Spring valley fish, flax, and borage oil with omega 3-6-9 two daily
Spring valley garlic 1000mg one daily
Natrol biotin 10,000mcg one daily
One scoop of Swanson arginine akg powder per day which is 5g l-arginine I it in tea
Elavonne amino collagen with hyaluronic acid one scoop daily it has 5g of fish collagen and 50g of hyaluronic acid per scoop I mix this in my daily protein shake, don't have that near by but it has 30g of protein per scoop in it.
Other than that I get tons of protein in my regular diet also.

I'm still pumping with my NB nightly for an hour.

I'm in the middle of moving across town about 27 miles from where I am now so haven't been to the gym as much as I want. Once I move I plan to get back to a 5 day a week workout schedule. Currently I'm 130lbs I want to get down to 120lbs with muscle definition (toning), flat stomach etc. I haven't taken pics yet, as soon as I do I'll post em.
