Do you take breaks? My theory is that you should pump at least 2 hours 2 consecutive days a week and just massage the rest of the week. Preferably pump in your 7:2 pattern for 2 hours, break one or two hours pump another 2 hours break again and finally finish up with another 2 hour session. This way you get in 6 hours a day for two days. Massage with fso 10 minutes 2 or 3 times a day, every day. This should give you lots of swelling and then recovery time. Good luck
