sorry didn't see your question.

no, Pm serum as in Pureria Mirifica serum.. not the caplets.. you would have to make your own serum from them ( alcohol to extract the medicinal properties from it., then add the extract to a base carrier such as a hyaluronic acid, pharmaceutical grade). Amazon has the PM serum for sale .

Hello everyone,

So I have been doing the lip plumping method with Fullips and Candylipz for like 6 months on & off, almost everyday, between like 30 min - 1 hour, plus before I go to sleep, I do it until im so tired and then just take it off w/ huge lips and knock off (it really tires me lol).

so anyway, I went on IG @mycandylipz and told the owner or whoever that i've been doing it for so long blah blah and like wth every1s saying their lips stay plumped for 2-4 hours, some ppl say they stay plumped all damn day. so I'm like wth lady why aren't my lips staying plumped for more than 45 min - 1 hour like WTF u know?! so sheeeee says to check out the articles on the blog and stuff, and iiimmm like, ho i did (p.s. ur last name is Ho, soo... don't get mad or w/e) i read every single thing I've watched every single youtube video on the damn internet, wth!! they don't stay plumped, so she tells me i should email the customer care ppl and so i do, and tell them wut i told her, and they say i need more electrolytes and to check out the "diet" that helps keep lips plump, and its this:

The Top 13 Full Lips Sustaining Foods
1. Watermelon (Watermelon may be a natural Viagra, according to researchers. Researchers discovered that watermelons can enhance erections!)
2. Lemon (squeeze a fresh lemon in your clean 8 oz of cool water and drink twice daily)
3. Cook oatmeal (Not baked cereals!)
4. Banana
5. Cantaloupe
6. Cucumber
7. Celery
8. Sulfur rich-foods such as onion, garlic, cabbage, radish, and white asparagus
9. Collagen-rich bone and tendon broth soup
10. Hot peppers (if you have a problem with body ache, skip eating hot peppers)
11. Sweet white potato
12. Blueberry and blueberry juice
13. Orange and orange Juice

soo i tell them I'm vegan, and they say oh that could be the problem, there was this other customer we had and couldn't figure out why her lips were not staying plumped but now it makes sense after you telling us ur vegan too, its a high fiber diet so it reduces ur water weight or w/e idk.. but like, wth they're damn diet for plump lips is VEGAN DAMN FOOD!?!?!?!?!?

im a liddo upset and annoyed and hurt about this and felt it would be okay to rant here.. lol idk why... no1 in my "real life" gets the stuff i do like noogling . and now this lip thing.. but you all get it. you get me, and I love you all!

anyway, I'm gone keep plumping my lips (and my breasts of course!!) and I'm going to start taking a collagen supplement soon. and ill let you all know what happens !!!! <333 p.s. thank you all for all the help and support (i will also most likely take that pm serum, thank you!)

Ok so update .
Ive been emailing back & forth with the candylipz's customer service ppl, and they basically said they have no idea why my lips don't stay plump passed 1 hour, while everyone else in the damn world does. They stated that people in Indian or south Indian also have contacted them and are seeing same results as me and also have a vegan diet... (even though their top foods for plumping are vegan foods lol..ok)

Anyways, so I basically told them I'm going to do my own research and they said to let them know wut happens..

Im Gona start taking collagen supplements and reading up on lips. If anyone has any info pleaseeeee help a girl outta lol. I want plump lips and plump tits. (I got the tits down, just need the lips lol) I will also be looking into that pm serum I was told about . So we will seeeee.

Love u all. And thank for the help !!

Well, it turns out that all that pursing can cause lips to become dry and cracked. Think about it: Blow up a balloon beyond its size and it’ll eventually pop. Ouch. Plus, with continued use, the vacuum-effect could also lead to fine lines around the mouth, similar to the effects of drinking through straws.

I haven't tried any actual lip plumpers, but I've pretty much done the Kylie Jenner Lip Challenge for about 1½ year now. I just use any kind of cap that can fit around my lips, like the cap from Johnsons & Johnson's Baby Oil.  Although instead of placing the cap in my general motuh area so there comes bruises on the skin area, I make sure the cap is only on the lips. I've done it about every single day and I've done it for hours at time and I've only once experienced bruising in my inner lip area that went away after about 2 days (and to be fair, I did do it for like three hours two days in a row). Although of course I would advise you to be careful. You don't have to suck too hard, as it usually doesn't make a difference in my opinion and will most likely give you more of a risk to get bruising, etc. You should definitely do your research and be cautious.

In my opinion doing it has really helped with plumping my lips. When I first began doing it, the effects would only last about an hour after, but I did experience that when I did for a longer time many days in a row, the lips would be very plump for a whole day. The permanent results come very slowly and it may even seem like nothing's happening at all when you look at your lips every day, but looking back at pictures from about two years ago, my lips are almost double as full now! I barely even bother doing it anymore, as my lips pretty much look full all the time now - only about 3 times a week, usually just out of habit or because I feel like my lip liner and lipstick looks so much better after I've done it.

As long as you make sure to exfoliate and moisturize your lips, along with a proper skincare routine for the rest of your skin and wearing sunscreen along with a lip balm with at least 20 SPF in it, I doubt that you're going to get very dry or sagging lips or wrinkles.

The first picture is from two years ago and the second picture I took just now (I plumped my lips last time 3 days ago).

That's really nice to hear! I hope you achieve the results you want to, personally I'm really glad I started doing it! <3
