Hi Koyasha,

I understand your point. For you, using just the KT is a better option, using vaseline as mentioned makes a huge difference in tape removal. Cutting the KT tape in half is plenty for both breasts. Follow the above mentioned procedure for best results.

Turns out, using the KT tape method works better than the other prototype I planned on sharing with the group.

Hi Ladies of BreastNexus: Ella asked for a program, here's what I have.. It's not 100% complete, but more information will be added asap.

For the record, my estrogen is usually at the top end of normal range @ 200 pg/mL...at normal female range. I've been off pharma E2 for the last 1.5 years. My T ranges 50 mg/dL to 100 ng/dL and when it's elevated I take 5mg of finasteride. So long story short, I don't supplement estrogen.

However, for those who need help raising their estrogen there's PM (pueraria mirifica). For cis-females the dosage ranges from 100 mg to 250 mg, please don't exceed this amount, it can be deleterious (bad juju sh*t) for you. Or doctor approved E2 supplementation.

Ideally I'd like to see women restore healthy estrogen levels to standard reference ranges and let the natural hormonal rhythms do its thing.

Here's my herb protocol:

Forskolin-utilizes the cAMP/PKA/CREB pathway, (aka-the breast growth pathway). Aloe Vera can be substituted for forskolin because it does the latter and so much more.

Aloe Vera, just follow the suggested dosage (no more no less and you'll do just fine) organic

MSM- 3,000 mg per day, Growth hormone signaling pathway , via-Jak2/STAT5b (orgajic)

L-Tyrosine 1,000 mg per day (amino acid, nipple growth) Doctors Best brandp

Vitamin D3 4,000 IU per day (for mammary alveolar genesis) organic

Anti-androgens- (we have two choices, White Peony and Reishi Mushroom). White peony, aka-Paeoniflorin works great for inhibiting adrenal androgens, which helps treat Adrenal PCOS. Reishi is useful for lowering overall androgens.

Paeoniflorin (aka-white peony) regulates the conversion of 4-androstenedione and testosterone, thereby inhibiting testosterone synthesis which promotes the enzyme aromatase making more estradiol. White Peony (at this moment) is our front line adrenal anti-androgen that blocks that pesky delta 4-androstenedione (aka-Δ4-dione) production. Hard to fathom, the adrenal glands weigh about 4grams each and are capable of ruining a good day (albeit @ PCOS, fatigue, insufficiency, etc).

However, it needs to be the right kind of white peony, meaning the highest standardized amount available...preferably generic. And for this I need help from our NBE'er super sleuths out there to track down White Peony, anything above standardized over 10% would be awesome. We need capsule form for liver activation, WP tea won't work.

Reishi mushroom- is a non-steroidal 5-alpha reductase inhibitor, about 80-85% effective at inhibiting DHT.

@sweetorange, when you raise estradiol it lowers prolactin, so you don't need vitex for this reason, our goal is to raise your estradiol. In addition, inhibiting gastrin lowers dopamine, which then lowers prolactin too.

I'll be adding vitamins and other useful tips asap.

One final note about using this herb protocol, it came when i decided to do a visual check of my progress, well lol, I was in for a shock when i saw my breasts were uplifted from their normal position...in other words, it's as if I just had a breast lift lmao. I did my standard wtf and then said (to myself) this is glorious!!. Btw, this wasn't a one time thing, oh hell no lol, it's happened at least a half dozen times since starting the herb protocol.

Full disclaimer here though, I can't guarantee you'll have these same results. However, in doing NBE/HRT for the last 8years I've never had this reaction before. And if you don't respond within the first 2 weeks I'll help you figure out where the problem is originating from.

I how now finally gathered everything for this program, just waiting for my aloe vera. I am also finally registered so I can get my hormone levels checked.

I want to ask you Lotus, what is your opinion on BO? I am really curios to try it because it seems so many girls have huge (pun intended) success with it, even those who shared here that they have hormonal issues. I´ve read about the failures as well, but having boob greed I am willing to try it. Do you think BO could be combined with this program?

Thank you!

Hi Nefertiddy,

I'm not a fan of BO (i had horrible side effects). Here's one of many issues I have with BO, (and i posted on this 5-6 years ago) we don't know when cattle is harvested. Meaning cows (heifers) have (roughly) a 21 day estrous cycle.

Quote:Each cycle consists of a long luteal phase (days 1-17) where the cycle is under the influence of progesterone and a shorter follicular phase (days 18-21) where the cycle is under the influence of estrogen. The cycle begins with standing heat, or estrus. This time of peak estrogen secretion can last from 6 to 24 hours, with ovulation occurring 24 to 32 hours after the beginning of estrus.

Here's questions we should ask:

1)Is the BO from 100% grass fed/grass finished, free of antibiotics, pesticides, hormones, and GMO.
2) When was livestock harvested?, meaning when in an estrous cycle (this is most likely unobtainable).
3) How long did the BO sit around before being frozen and dissected.
4) Is the livestock subjected to synchronization?. This process shortens the breeding period to less than 5 days, instead of females being bred over a 21-day period, depending on the treatment regimen.

Ovaries from non-pregnant cows and heifers, obtained shortly after slaughter, were extracted with ethyl acetate and then defatted in cold 70% methanol.

4.33 μg. of progesterone
0.79 μg- of Δ4-pregnene-20β-ol-3-one per gram of ovarian tissue.
A trace of Δ4-androstene-3,17-dione or Δ4-pregnene-20α-ol-3-one and a very polar material were also detected.

I know BO has 17 β-estradiol (E2), it's difficult to quantify how much based on cell cultures though. Rather, we can say Testosterone is being synthesized (converted) to Estrogen by way of aromatase, which raises estrogen.

But...seeing how short of time estrogen is stimulated in BO it's safe to say BO consists of more progesterone than estrogen.

But when to supplement w/BO?. I'm gonna say in Luteal.

The decision is up to Nefertiddy, try and see how it works. Though don't follow the old tired mantra of taking massive amounts. 2 per day to start works ok.

wow...

The timing of slaughter is a very good point, I highly doubt that there is any consideration taken to the cycle of the cows... I can imagine that would complicate production and if they did the big brands would definitly advertise it. Maybe this could explain why some end up with androgenic effects (acne seems to be common) while others are greatly succesfull with it.

It seems to be sold out everywhere so I have some time to consider it.
Hi Lotus,

from what I remember, you had applied the tape vertically in your pictures. Hi Nefertiddy, you're welcome.

Hi Koyasha,

The horizontal method is pulling breast tissue upwards...kinda like an instant breast lift, lol. The rationale for this method is suspending breast tissue so as the pressure supports this position, in other words, training fat cells...this is my opinion. And yes, keep KT tape inside the dome, it simply expands when breasts inflate with pressure. I love the way the KT tape performs under dome pressure, and as you see (from my picture) the symmetrical shape I get.

Agreed Sweets, this would be helpful. Lol, tbh i was thinking a summary was in store with all the new information posted. There's more new discoveries I've yet to share, so fire away sweets.

Thanks so much. Smile

For every thread you do I take notes and look up the terms I don't know. With this covid thing, most of my work is at home nowadays and I need to be busy -besides suing-making paperwork for work- if not, I'll end up mad in a short time no joke xD
