In that case really baby your hair, stop trimming unless the ends get really split, wear it up and forget about it.. Maybe it won't grow any longer, but if it does it will be really healthy and not need cutting shorter! I googled in case I am at the same forums your friend was and was sad to see she's no longer with us. I'm so very sorry xx

I have a package on it's way to me today, I hope it's my MSM and not the hairtoy I bought from the US! Bit obsessed here atm.
I awoke with lots of tingling going on, combination of massage and my expected period.. Still no visible sign of it. Really annoying, I took ginger again yesterday as an emmenagogue. Anyway I took a photo of my boobs in one of my old 32F bras, because the cups are too small again! Yay, I think my FFs will be better filled now instead of seeming a little gaping on the edges.

Yesterday I did more exercise including a 'booty shaking waist trimming' video on youtube! It was quite intense and my sides and back ache a LOT today. I decided it was a good plan to try on my underbust corset and start waist training with it.
I put it on at 10:30am, only tightened it so that the corset (which adds bulk from it's steelboning and heavy fabric) measured 31" (I measured 31½" before I put it on). It's now 1pm and I have eaten a late breakfast with it on, sat with my laptop, walked up and down stairs and done a few dishes, and cinched it down to 29¼". I'll keep it on another half hour to make 3 hours total, and then take it off. I might do some exercise if I feel OK.

I haven't trimmed it in at least 15 years. I keep it in a pony tail all the time, except in bed or the shower. What I REALLY hate and can NOT understand is that, after I get a shower, I comb it out straight down, it has a few minor knots in it just before that, then I put the part in it and, suddenly, it's LOADED with knots a LOT worse than the ones I just combed out!!!! They weren't there 5 seconds ago!!!! Where the hell did they come from????
Yeah, Rae died in spring of `06 at the age of 38. Thank you for the condolences! :-( She & I were pretty close.

It sounds like your hair has a life of it's own! Mine is bunned most of the time, sometimes I let it loose to sleep but it kinda gets in the way!

My MSM Crystal powder arrived today, I took 2g because the scales were not sensitive enough to show a reading till I'd scooped 2g Sad but even if I take that twice a day, it's still much less than the max dose on the packet. Tasted fine in water and dissolved right away!
Still no fricking period. I am so annoyed my cycle messed up so badly last month, it has thrown my dates right off. There is no way I can be pregnant though!

2g MSM this morning, 10g Maca and 50g blueberries on my usual porridge for the vit c for MSM absorption.
Official weigh day yesterday I had lost another pound (same today)
measurements 40 ~ 31.5 ~ 38.5 (bust was 42" leaning over) - my hips have increased (edit* not quite the inch I thought though, only half an inch)! I've not measured my 'fullest part' aka butt yet, if it's increased I will edit Big Grin
*edit2 fullest part around butt is 40" which it was at the end of June, I skipped measuring July so I either lost and gained back or never changed, but my butt does feel rounder.

FINALLY - my cycle started today properly after trying to yesterday.. it's reassuring to have the pain etc. Looking over my past two years of records I've had a blip like this annually and then resumed as normal.
I took my first ever Thanyaporn PM capsule after breakfast, and then a mug of warm milk Smile I've been taking MSM 2g twice a day for a week now. I am on 1000mg twice a day of Evening Primrose Oil, and 10g Raw Maca Powder each day but will probably get some gelatinized capsules when it runs out.
Have been doing Chiyomilk's fat transfer massage for a few days, and yesterday I decided to do an abs challenge for 30 days, bad timing because of the cramps, day 1 yesterday and will see if I feel up to day 2 today. Today is my weigh day, no weight lost this week and remain the same as last Thursday. I officially measure body parts next Thurs for the month, maybe some boobie gain will be had, meanwhile my upper chest is looking much better and I have a lot of tenderness inside, and my nipples are highly sensitive Smile

Thanks NattyTooty! I haven't continued with the corset, I might return to it when I've sort out my current 'problem' though.

Well my period never stopped.. I am on day 17 now if it continues, it's only light and it's not making me tired, but I googled and decided my Progesterone is low. So from this morning I have stopped the PM, if I continue it I will obviously have to cycle it but I am certainly not going to continue if I am going to have constant bleeding every month :o So last night before bed I used my old Progesterone Cream which has more left in it than I thought, I will order some fresh too. I used it again this morning after my bath, about a quarter teaspoon each time.

As I mentioned on the PM forum thread here titled "Spotting!" I had been taking fenugreek and fennel seeds twice a day until I noticed my period was going to start early, in July, so I stopped those completely but my period started (making it a 19 day cycle that month) and then lasted longer than usual, around 10 days and because it coincided with the Supermoon I thought my body had been affected because of it, as I am often affected by the lunar cycle because I moon gaze Tongue

Then this period was very late, arriving around day 41. About two weeks before the start of this cycle I started on Maca 10g raw powder with my porridge which if anything should help balance me. Then I added in MSM and finally the PM on day one of this cycle. I intended not to cycle the PM after the Thai seller I emailed told me she never cycles it, but since I have had menstrual flow for 16 days not counting today (I hope) I felt it best to stop and address any possible progesterone imbalance for the remainder of my cycle and hope for a proper luteal phase. Also there's a third Supermoon in a row on 9th September so I could just be having a really rough time because it's been a trilogy, last month's being the most powerful. I don't want to discuss with a doctor until I have attempted to address it myself, because I don't want to tell them about the NBE.

What else can I do to help boost my progesterone naturally?

After my last post it finished, I found my old Progesterone cream and used it until I thought my period was due. It came on day 39/40 annoyingly but then I don't think I ovulated till a while after I stopped the PM. This cycle I allowed bleeding to finish before even considering PM, and checking out the charts on sites like this: http://womeninbalance.org/about-hormone-imbalance/ I have decided to start off gently with fennel and fg seeds, and adding in the PM breast gel I got (Isme brand) and then I might add PM around day 11 or 12 for maybe a week, but at the moment I am feeling like I need to stay away from it Sad
