My wife has never complained of back pain and I've asked. Also, not everyone with huge ones suffers back pain. I read a lot of interviews with mammoth-boobed porn stars who have much bigger boobs than I know my wife could ever get and few of them complain about it when asked.

I know. Some women have no problem with it.
