Over 40 anyone?

#21

Hi Marie,
Thanks for your reply & article. I thought Ainterol was 1 of the most trusted in the PM family. Wonder if the Solger recommender works for the company.
I tried BO years ago but could not get my temp above 96 even with a thyroid supplement plus it caused severe depression.
I've been on PM since 7/7/13 - slowing ramping it up from 100 mg. Siriporn to present 750 mg. Ainterol. I'll see if I have a "period" next month too & decide what to do.

Some other pm to try.

What brand are you taking now?

I'm fast approaching 61 and male.
I've always had bit more flesh over my boob area, and before I found this site, I was massaging them, the stiffness of the flesh soon turned into a more female feel to them, and a small but noticeable increase in size, after reading a lot of threads on here, I am opting for massage, pump and herb enlargement, I would love longer more feminine nipples, is their a way of increasing the length of those. Thank you.

I am female (but welcome males too their progress is very inspiring) and I had 2 kids at age 40 and 41. I am 49 years old. I was 34B all my life then went up to to a D cup Smile during pregnancy and breast feeding and now I am down to a full A cup and they look like deflated balloons Blush.
I started noogleberry a couple of weeks ago. Originally just pump and hold for an hour a day but I read somewhere that you can get better results with 7 min hold and 2 min release so I am trying that this week.
I also take bovine ov and was taking fenugreek but decided to quit when I read that it might interfere with BO. I'm actually glad because my sweat had a very strong odor no matter how much anti-perspirant I used so hoping it will stop now that I'm not taking the dreaded fenugreek. Also take saw palmetto twice daily.
Would love to hear from you especially success stories. Everyone else here seems really young so I wonder if it's too late to grow boobs at my age.
Will post pics if I see results!
Marie.
I am a male , 56, and have gynocomastia, At first my breasts were just small cones on the outer edges of my chest, but in the last few years 3 maybe,,it seems they have really accelerated in growth. Its been consistent .
Im no expert by any means but i have found a few things that work. If your worried about them being flat you might try a different kind of breast pump. One made from a plastic tea picture.)
I used the traditional design cones but tried to fabricate a larger container into one. I took a drinking picture and cut it down to size about 8 inches tall,,,and put a silicone ring on it for comfort . I created a hole in the top, and hot glued an air seal for the pump over that hole, and found i could alter the shape of my breasts, making them look fuller and rounder .

I also was taking in calories and using (yes) the dreaded fenugreek, lol, it does become a problem in certain regimens but i found it works for me. If you use this different shaped suction device the breast tissue is stretched differently, allowing for fuller growth.
As long as you can give your body something to build with , nutrition that encourages this kind of growth,, and use this idea it might just be what you need .
No guaranteesSmileSmile , but i definitely wish the best in your efforts.. I can post pictures if you'd like to see the results.Smile

Hello,
I am male-bodied and 49. I have been on and off "traditional" hrt. I stopped all HRT in 2002. At that time, technically I measured out to nearly a C cup but my breasts were very conical in shape and one much larger than the other. Before starting my new HRT my E and T levels were all within normal range. New labs next month.

FWIW and this is mostly unrelated, before I started HRT in 2001 I had hairy arms, legs, toe and hand knuckles chest and some belly hair. Not like a whole lot but there and noticeable. The first round of HRT stopped, permanently ALL of that. The only hair I grow below my neck is pits and pubes. (Pisses my besty off cus she hates shaving her legs)

Now presently... I started a new regime with both medical and herbal stuff...

This is what I am taking:
Spironolactone 100mg 2x daily. With prescription and medical monitoring.
Finasteride 10mg 2x daily. With prescription and medical monitoring.
Estradiol 2mg 2x daily. With prescription and medical monitoring.

Swanson Bovine Ovary 1 cap, 2x daily
Swanson Fenugreek extract 50% sapponis 500mg 1 cap 2x daily
Swanson Adrenal Essentials 1 cap 2x daily
Swanson Thyroid Essentials 1 cap 2x daily

The OTC/herbs my doc knows about. She is pretty cool about all of this and when I tell her I want to do something she listens. It's not always yes but if its no there's a good reason (like I had to quit smoking to start HRT again)

I have been on this regime for 10 weeks. In addition I am using volufine cream, progesterone cream, massage and noogleberry. It might be unrealistic, particularly at my age, but, I would like D cups if I can get them but I'll settle for full symmetrical C's.

my left boob is smaller (and, notably everything on my left is slightly smaller, ear, hand, foot, etc)

The last two herbals I added because I have always run a little cool. Normal body temp for me was 97.5 which was frustrating going to a doc with 99.7 and them saying its not much of a fever. Anyhow, I read on another site that a warmer body temp makes a difference so I added the adrenal and thyroid essentials. My BT went up to about 98. I feel a lot warmer and, now, also, in the two weeks I added those my left boob is achy.. the right one a little more now too, but I feel a little fuller in the left too. Most of the tender/achy is right under the nipple so this indicates to me more duct/gladular development as opposed to adipose. Meh I'll take when I can get. Hopefully this is a good sign.

Also, for us over 40 male and female if we have breasts, we need to get mamos. I get one every year. Get one too!!!!
