I agree with Loverstilly, Lora (and me) you definitely need to gain weight so we can gain breast size. My BMI is extremely low like yours, therefore I think after several months into this NBE it seems breast growth to be a difficult task. I have horrible appetite since I first got a car accident 20 yrs ago so I have to wait years to gain back my college weight and now I lost it all again due to another car accident Angry. Although it might not true but I know several skinny gals blessed with Double D size naturally (my neighbor wife, my lawyers... unfair seriously..!)

Anyway, when I took FG I constantly feel hungry and eat more snacks but since I switch to BO, I havent able to eat extra snack. I am thinking I have to incorporate something in this BO equation soon (perhaps taking the pills my doctor had prescribed me several months ago) or I wont able to achieve this goal.

Hi lora, to gain weight, you'll have to have a higher caloric intake than your output. It really depends on what you're eating. If you're Asian and eating a lot of rice, then its really just a lot of blank carbs that doesn't contribute much to weight gain. You can try adding some oils to your diet, like olive oil and such. Or munch on bananas and nuts between meals.

As some people said, weight gainers is a choice. On the other hand, protein shakes may help too. Because these are extra 200 calories added to your diet every day. But do note that EXCESS protein will turn into fats. Which MAY be what you want right now..

Another way of weight gain is to do weight lifting. (what I'm doing now), then you take protein shake. That way, you'll gain muscle mass (but not too much if you're taking PM cus estrogen levels are high and you won't bulk up like a man does) and still look like you have a small frame.

Yeah if you think about it, the body is going to distribute the little fats that you have in your body to places that need it more than your boobs, like over your organs to protect them, if you have that little mass to go around in the first place.

Hi Lora, I think the reason pig placenta is used is because its supposed to be the closest to human. Other than that I don't really know the difference from Lamb. I would think that lamb placenta should work as well? I just use pig since that's what chiyomilk used and im trying to fallow her program as close as I can.

The noogleberry helps just like massage only in my opinion its even better because I always get nice swelling with it which means that im getting blood flow into my breasts.

I use chocolate protein shake and as far as I can tell its not harming my routine. I still see results Smile

Here are the things I use in my routine. Neocell HA that I take with Maruman pig placenta, Siriporn pm I take with Sundown Naturals calcium, Robust breast cream, Solgar msm, Neocell collagen type 1 & 3, Optimal Solutions women's complete protein and vitamin shake mix (chocolate), and I take vitamin E in luteal phase. I think that's all of it but you are welcome to check my routine out too. There is not much there yet since I just started Smile

I agree with Loverstilly that gaining weight would help you grow breasts. Since breasts are made up of mostly fatty tissue, it only makes sense. Smile

right now I'm just finishing my bountiful breast capsules till i receive my new order of pm

i just take the bb now with a protein complex capsules and omega 3 capsules
and i do massage with this omega 3 capsules also, but i Hate its fishy smell , its yaaaaaag Angry but i just feel some fullness with itูˆ so i'm trying to pear it till i get my pm cream
i don't know actually if this fullness because of massage itself or because of omega 3

i will do as much as i can of them , but are you sure that a high estrogen level will protect me form getting bulky as men . i thought estrogen help in getting bulk .

and what's your opinion on whey protein gold standard from optimum nutrition ? is it a a good one or do know something better and has higher calories ?

your routine is very good , i checked it and i'll continue to follow you .
but why did you choose Optimal Solutions women's complete protein ? is it better than whey protein gold standard from optimum nutrition ?
and what do you think is very important and i forget it in my routine ?

I think testosterone is the one that massively bulks muscles... women already bulk up a lot less than men do. And even if you do bulk up that way, it would take AGES, like literally years, so you definitely can stop if you feel that its going the wrong way. A girl friend of mine can do pull ups (no support) but she doesn't look anywhere near bulky. She just looks like a normal skinny girl. Don't have to worry about that. Besides, men who bulk do massive weights, like 100lbs, so as long as you stick to less weight you're fine, just building LEAN muscle.

Im using ON!! Double rich chocolate Smile I heard dynamtize is good too, but haven't tried.

In fact its so difficult that I only gained about 0.5kg a month since I started. I look the same except leaner and more toned. Guess thats a good thing Smile

Hi lora I chose Optimal Solutions women's complete protein just because it was cheaper and easier for me to get. I really don't know the difference. Most people here choose whey but I don't know which one is better. I never took a protein supplement before. Also this one has a women's multivitamin and since I was taking a multivitamin in pill form before this, it just made it easier for me as it lets me take one less pill a day since I already have to pop a bunch of other pills Smile

Smile this a good news that you can gain 0.5kg, this is not bad , i think if you just increase your calories by things like honey or olive oil that doesn't take any space in the stomach and stay with this for long time you'll gain more . i think it's not really hard for you loverstilly Smile
you know something, live your life and enjoy that you can eat anything you want without being afraid of getting over weight , this is a good point Big Grin isn't it ?
