It is mostly for firmness/perkiness but some women have reported breast growth from MSM or collagen alone. Breasts are mostly fat but they are also collagen, and collagen can be the bottleneck if you aren’t underweight. Likewise essential fatty acids like fish oil to get missing types of fat can help, even if you have enough of other fats. Ditto for all the other nutrients. Once you get one, another can be a bottleneck. So variety is key, or better yet food to get nutrients even multivites are missing. Even if you are missing something measured in mg if it is an essential material the body might halt or slow growth and not put fat into the boobs either. Like having bricks but being short on mortar. Or in the case of mg nutrients, being short on trowels.
