I wouldn't do that. It'll burn like hell, not to mention it's terrible for your eye health to constantly touch your eyes with your fingers (you would have to make sure they're very clean each time). We all do honey/water mixtures. I feel like pure honey would make your eyes pretty sticky, too. The honey/water mix I use already dries my eyes out a little at times.
I'm still doing my drops every day, twice a day (sometimes three times if I find the chance). So far, no differences, but I know it might take some time. I just started on Super Cleanse to clean out my system, so hopefully in a week or two I'll be thinner (and we'll see what it does for my eye colour!). I've actually been on these pills for a week now, but I just started on the highest dose. It hasn't started working until now.
I'm not sure if I'm going to add more honey next time or not. Leaving my eyes open for as long as possible rather than blinking a few times makes it burn a good bit, so that's good. I might try adding more Chamomile next time, though (I barely added any this time, since this was my test batch). I'm making a new batch tomorrow, so we'll see how that one works out.
I keep checking the mirror every chance I get to see if my eyes are any lighter, but I keep getting disappointed. Although I have noticed that the brown around my pupil is smaller on my right eye, so this one might start to look lighter earlier on than my left eye.
Also~
so, are we supposed to refrigerate this stuff or not? I hear to refrigerate it so it doesn't get contaminated, but I also hear that can kill some of the possible lightening properties. I know honey can kill bacteria on its own, so I don't see why leaving it out would be such a bad thing. ??? Anyone with any facts to back either sides of this up?
