Hi everyone!

Well I just ordered my first NBE ever... Siriporn PM I just have a question; I know a lot of people have had issues with experiencing estrogen dominance on PM, and I'm just wondering what exactly is it? How can you prevent it from happening? And does it ultimately decrease your ability to grow?

Estrogen dominance is a term many people don't really understand here.
It ia a term more relevant in academic circles. It actually refers to low
progesterone levels. It is talked about there because there is a school of thought that low progesterone is associated with breast cancer.

It is not a bad idea to use a little progesterone the 1st 2 weeks before mense. Pueraria mirifica has nothing to do with progesterone dominance.
I don't even know if an MD has a diagnosis of estrogen dominance.
If they did you would need to run hormone tests. This is something you would not know intuitively. Incidentally one thing progesterone does is down regulate estradiol.
