Ok i found on the net a little test (in french ) to learn if you are estrogen deficiency, progesteron deficiency etc.....
it came out i have a deficiency of pregesterone, to much oestrogen, estrogen dominance and a lack of testosterone...... well, not sure what to do with all that and how to manage with PM(starting a new brand soon....siriporn) coz the one i use to take wasnt real PM...
i will try to do the BBT as soon as i can so maybe it will help me to find when im to high and when i need to do PM.... but honestly i'm lost.... If anyone have the same or similar case.... what should i do ....I'm pretty determine to get rid of my 32A(A) bra
... I try so many PM and others kind of herbs and didnt work, i just hope that this time it the one....
