Losing weight can come with breast shrinkage so I'm not sure it would be easy to do both at the same time. As somebody on the slimmer side (metabolism), I have to have gotten best results from a calorie rich diet to gain fat to go to my breasts while doing NBE at the same time. I think the main reason that I originally had little progress in NBE for my first 2 years was due to not having this calorie surplus.  Everybody's body works different though, if somebody else here did it then I hope you can find what works for you.

Thanks for the reply! That is pretty much the same for me too. I don’t have a fast metabolism so I gain weight pretty easily if I’m not conscientious of what I’m putting in my mouth, and I noticed from comparing photos from like around April - June when I was just eating whatever that my breasts seem more swollen and bigger compared to recently since I started being careful about how much I eat. So it looks like calorie surplus is what works for me, but I still haven’t reached my goal and I really don’t want to gain any more weight, lol. And when I lose weight my boobs are usually the first to disappear ?. So maybe I have to revise my actual program tbh.

Maybe you can try to adjust your diet to eat less calories but include mostly NBE friendly foods? Soy and dairy are my top go to, but there are lots of different ones, listed online you can find them all easily if you search for "breast growing foods" or something similar.

Thanks I could definitely look into that. Although, I did try MissMadScientist's soy and flaxseed program twice, with the most recent attempt involving me eating less calories and eating more vegetables like she did, but I had no results both times. Before doing the most recent attempt I was on BO tincture for almost a year. While I did grow a little, like a half cup maybe, and had some sensations, I kinda attribute the results more to just gaining weight from eating too much during quarantine. I feel like at this point my success is limited because it could be that my hormones still aren't balanced--my T levels were always on the higher side and I still suffer from hirsutism--despite taking anti-androgenic herbs like saw palmetto and white peony for a while now. I don't want to give up on nbe though because a lot of people have had success with it, so I might just have to do more research tbh. Anyway, I'm done rambling, lol

I think it's all about finding what works for you. There's definitely no one size fits all program, everyones body reacts differently. I've done plenty of experimenting myself and I still am. Good luck!

Thanks, you too!
