I know this is an old thread, I am a long time lurker, but I just had to make an account to say this. Yes, I've had really good results with massaging with coconut oil. I also use the Noogleberry with coconut oil beforehand and do chest exercises sometimes. I also changed my diet to be a healthier one. Hope it helps whoever is reading this.
