Started BO (Swanson) on April 30, 2018. However, I was using birth control for my skin at the to E as well -- Diane35.
By January 2019, I had grown from a film A to a 30C cup.
However, upon leaving birth control end of January, I have lost about half a cup size or more. My period also has not returned for these past 2 cycles.
Positive: my breasts seem to have grown slightly and evened out (but not cometh symmetrical get) in March than they were in February after I first stopped the BC. In other words, they have been fluctuating. Currently entered my third cycle since stopping birth control, and hoping that my BO program will continue to work, and that I would think lose any more of my bust.
I'm scared that birth control may be inhibiting aromatase and my growth progress with BO. What do you ladies think? So you think BV is safe in the long run? I fear it might cause infertility as time passed.
Here is my current, modified program:
BO tincture: 25 drops st night
BO -- X3 capsules (500mg) at night.
Massage - 30 minutes at night.
Vitex -- 250mg during follicular in the morning.
Probiotic -- x1 in the morning
5,000mg fish oil --morning
2,000mg MSM -- afternoon.
Vitamin C (natural) -+ 1,000mg in the morning.
Iodine liquid -- x7 drops in the afternoon.
Collagen - morning.
Diet:
High fat, high animal protein, goats dairy, low carb.
Your thoughts would be deeply appreciated. Been feeling quite depressed with the decrease in size.
