The same applies to the teas, but again the taste could be a drawback. The teas I used did not just consist of the required herb, they contained additional ingredients to help with the taste.
Thank you. Yeah, that is what I was thinking, that the taste would not be so great. I am going to see if I can handle taking the herbs with a quick sip of water. Otherwise, I will probably get a pill encapsulator and try to take them in pill form.
