Their chart says a 38 is for 83-87 cm, or 32.75-34.25", which is consistent with my experience with Chinese sizing. I'm 33" and Chinese 38 fits me very snugly.

Interesting! That's the exact opposite of my experience.

What cup size? I would imagine that would have a LOT to do with the actual circumference. I just compared my 32DD and my 36B, and the former was actually larger than the latter. So I'd hazard a guess that cup size is definitely a factor.

But yes, Katana, if you're worried about it, definitely go to a local place where you can try them on.
