I'm 47 yo married woman with 3 kids (breastfeeding). When I was breastfeesing I gain 1 cup size.
Body type: ectomorph. So I have slim body, i have difficulty to gain weight.
First attemp on NBE in 2019. I tried fenugreek orally and topically. Nothing happened.
In 2021 I focused myself to gain some weight because from what I read here, for someone like me, gaining some weight is important for NBE. So I started work out regularly and plan my diet.
My weight now 56-57kgs.. Never happened in my life before. Usually its always around 47-49kgs. And because of that my boobs got bigger from B small to C small (from 81 to 85cm)

Under Bust 73cm - 28.7"
Over Bust : 83cm - 32.6"
Bra calculator A cup but it didnt fit me.
August 2025
B 87cm - 34 2"
UB 74-75cm- 29"
OB 85cm - 33.5"
Bra calculator B cup but I prefer wearing C cup bra... it's more comfortable even there's a little gap on my right boob. Maybe because my right boob is smaller than the left one.
What I've tried
1. Fenugreek (FG) topically.. i felt itchy on my skin
2. FG orally (capsule)
3. FG tea and I eat the seeds. I tried any range of dosage.
4 Flaxseed oil for massage.
5. Pumping with kangzhu. I've tried all method .
6. Message all kind of message. But most of the time Japanese massage and circular.
7. PM : China, Thailand, Japan. I started from small dosage. It didnt give any effect on my boobs, my period, my mental health. Nothing. I took it orally and applied it.
8. Vitex.
9. BO. Makes my period calm and light ? usually its painful and heavy
10. Saw Palmetto
11. GABA
12. Flaxseed & soy
13. Fennel: I allergic to it
14. Drinking a lot of milk

On August 2025 I have solid 87cm. I started to read Surfer Joe's article again because his method is the easiest Iand the cheapest think. I don't have extra budget to buy a lot of NBE stuff. I've already done that before,.
So On August I started
1. Massaging with any oil I have : Tiger lily (it's painful on certain spot). 300 rotations and other motions 2 times a day, morning and night.
2. Taking FG powder 3600mg/day. 2 capsules 3x/day. It's regular powder so I think ithe dosage is safe. It is a lot cheaper than shatavari or swanson FG 50% saponin.
3. Taking DHC PM 30mg 1x/day
4. Dr Best MSM 1500mg 2x/day and Now Fish Oil 1000mg 2x/day. Because I have limited budget, I can't buy it at the same time, I take it alteranately. For example July/August I took MSM. On September/October I took FO.
5. Eating 1 TBSP pumpkin seeds, 1 TBSP sun flower seeds. 1x/day.
6. Apply zhi mu extract mixed with baby cream. 2x/day.
7. Eating chicken feet soup almost every day.
8. Doing boobs work out.
9. Eat more papaya
On October 31st my measurement
Weight 57kgs
B 88cm. - 34.6"
UB 74-75cm- 29.5"
OB 86cm- 33.8"
Goal 93cm - 36.6"
I wish I can get 93cm by the end of this year. I hope anyone can help me to accelerate the progress
I have my period every month but the duration is irregular sometimes 28, 30, 35 etc
