I've never heard of that but I do know that glucosamine + MSM are a common combination for joint health supplements. I just did a quick google and didn't find any websites that related stomach fat retention to glucosamine consumption. Where did you hear about this?

Dang, wish I had known that before I bought the MSM pill with glucosamine in it. Next time I will have to look for just msm.

That's really interesting. I wonder why it's not such a widely known side effect? I mean, you'd think it would come up on a google search- people would complain about something like that.

Well, Nyx,
It took me three years of building a "spare tyre" around my tummy to take this side effect seriously. Even if Jenny would decide to give it a try, it may be six months before the tape measure picks up on it.
