After how many months of NBE, should someone start doing the cleanse?
If I start cleansing on day 1 of my period, do I have to wait to the next month of day 1 to start back on my NBE, or can I continue on day 8, right after my cleanse??

I cleanse for a month after three months of NBE. I got symptoms of androgen excess after two weeks, and of progesterone excess after three weeks. Both peaked and then went away. So I think a month is what it takes to get "clean".

I have only been on generic BO for 7 weeks, but I have ordered BB pills, I want to swithc to that soon.
I wanted to get a fresh start, that's why I want to cleanse before starting out on them.
How many capsules of Milk Thistle do I take in a day?
I was thinking to cleanse on day 1 of my upcoming cycle. I want to do it for 7 days (that's how long my period lasts).
Can I start my BB pills right after my cleanse on day 8, or should I wait til the next cycle and start the pills on day 1??

Never take more than 3 capsules of 250 mg MT a day. Start it up slowly. If you have an extract, say 4:1, divide the dose by 4. Twister Mama got a bad allergic reaction. It's in her program thread.
I don't know how to start BB. Mel or Anastasia should know.

I have read a few posts, here and there, and it seems most do a cleanse after 6 months and some do it after a year on NBE.
I have only been on NBE for 7 weeks, so I think it is safe to say that I should just start with my BB pills, and then maybe after 6 months of that, I will do a cleanse. I also read that Anastasia does a cleanse after 6 months of NBE.
