Hey everyone.
I've been reading about the Easy Curves Exercise Kit.
I have read mixed reviews.
What do you all think about it?
I read on Amazon reviews that one lady got "man" arms, her words not mine, LOL!

Is it effective?
I know that it doesn't really make the breasts bigger, it builds the muscles underneath so the breasts appear bigger. I just don't want "man" arms, LOL!
What do you all think???
Is it worth purchasing??

Wow the price on it now is $29.99? geez, I've had mine for probably over 3 years now and love it. When I got mine they were like $11-14 if I remember correctly. A friend of mine bought mine, and no it doesn't make them bigger, but it does firm them up and make them look perky.
Hi Anastasia,
How many minutes do you use it?
Do you use it everyday?
Have you gotten bulky arms from it?
I use to work out alot, weight training, etc. I use to do fitness modeling, and let me tell you something... it's IMPOSSIBLE for a female to get "man" arms without doing steriods or having abnormally high testosterone levels. Period. If you work out everyday, like insanely hard, your arms would become defined, but NOT bulky. As I said to obtain bulky muscles you have to have high levels of testosterone, that is why the fitness models or female body builders with bulky muscles, they juice, period.

That being said, no you won't get "man" arms by using this, yes you are suppose to use it daily, do I? No. I did the first 3 months I had it, then slowed down, I use it 1-2 times per week now for maintenance. I don't really time how long it takes, it's not long, but it comes with instructions that tell you how to do everything, if you feel you don't need to do as many reps as it instructs, then do what you feel comfortable with. I will warn you, if you've never worked out your chest muscles, in the gym, etc. Then the day after using this the first few times, your chest muscles will be sore, it's like when you first work out any muscle on your body, the next day you're sore. If you aren't sore the next day, you need to increase the intensity. How they say "feel the burn" in work outs, same applies here. You WANT to be sore the next day the first few days to know you worked the muscles correctly.

As with any type of exercise, be sure to get plenty of water and protein in. Protein after for recovery.
Hi Anastasia.
Thank you so much for the info.
I have NEVER ever worked out my chest muscles in my life, LOL!
I have always intentionally ignored that area beause I didn't want to get muscles around my chest, but I guess with the Easy Curves kit, its not going to do to much of that. Its made for women to lift and firm their breasts by working the underlying muscles.
I have read a few posts here on the forum, and I read Twister Mama loves it too. She even said that it probably contributed to 1/4 inch growth, because as soon as she stopped using the Easy Curves, she says she lost 1/4 inch.
I guess 1/4 inch is better than nothing, ha ha.
Thanks again Anastasia.

Ebay has some pretty good deals on the Easy Curves Exercise kit. You can probably get a really good deal if you bid on an auction, and the "buy it now" options are still cheaper than the Easy Curves website.
Hi booboo123
Thanks for the advice.
I always buy things off of ebay, LOL!
I bought the easy curves kit late last night from ebay after talking with Anastasia.
There are a few CHEAP auctions on ebay but the item is located in Korea!!
I did not want to wait so long to get it.
So I just took a "buy it now" auction from a seller who is in North America.
Even with the "buy it now" option, I still saved money than buying through the easy curves website.
Hi Anatasia916
Did you go from a 32AA to a 32D just by using the easy curves? Because I thought it just make them look a bit bigger & perkier, but didn't actually make them grow.
I bought one a good few months ago, but I didn't notice a change, but think I might give it another go.
Thanks
