I am thinking to add Saw Palmetto to my BO program. Mainly because I think I have high androgens/testosterone.
I am hairy for a female Huh

Would the SP effect and hinder my results with BO??
Or will it help??

It would not hinder since it is mostly for androgen excess and will not interfere with BO.
