Well so i think i'll give my stats first

age: 25
height: 171cm
weight: 58kg
kids: 2 ( barely gained weight during pregnancys, if than only 2-3 kgs)
32C or 34B (1.Pregnancy went up to 34C 2.Preg. up to 34D) so i miss them....
Breastfed only my second child until about 18 months

I have been thin all my life.
I've been using massages with booby batter and cocoabutter and it worked
somewhat. They became fuller, so I will continue that. But any other advice would be apreciated.


oh and i did bloode work and everything is fine with thyroid and vitamins. also i'm on a low dose birthcontrol pill and my period was always irregular but it seems that it got regular after my last child and using b/c pill again.

Fenugreek and wild yam should work for you. But 1,500-2,000 mg of each is plenty.

ok, i found wild yam in a store nearby ^^ BUT i heared its not good to take it while on birth control pills?? Don't won't to risk and get pregnant ....

why do some people take fenugreek, wild yam, and saw palmetto

and do you take them all at the same time or different times during the day?

I missed your question before. I don't see why you can't use WY with bcp. A high dose combination pill might cause you tho have too much estrogens, but they will only make your breasts grow

The combo FG SP WY is used together with FN or bcp to bring back what women had during breastfeeding.

well, but i heared many say that the plant estrogens could interfere with the hormones in the b/c pills, making the pill less effective...:o????
(i got a low dose pill by the way...if that matters?)

Hi cocairam,

Many women on light bcp have expressed this concern on the forum. So far, no one got pregnant. I don't know how this issue will ever be closed, as bc remains a question of a percentage chance that you do get pregnant.
