What would I do to determine if PM is safe for me? get my hormones tested somehow? Which kind of doctor to go to?

I'm not really into doctors, would rather visit someone like the local medicine man type of person.

what problems can PM cause if taken by the wrong person?

Is it possible to take herbs to counteract estrogen dominance either before or during the PM treatment?

Well, you could chart your temperature throughout ur cycle (Basal body temp charting) and it'll give you an idea where your estrogen and progesterone levels lie.

Ginie discusses it on her program page. You can get a Basal body temp thermometer at the pharmacy for betwee, $10 and $15
