For those who cannot gain access to chicken feet:
Making traditional bone broth is the same concept. Except you're using bones instead of the chicken feet, and it takes a bit longer to cook. Bones have a lot of gelatin in the joints and stuff. Plus you are cooking out all the calcium, minerals, bone marrow, etc. Bone broth is extremely good for you. It's what people all used to do with the leftover bones! Now we just waste them all =/.
