It must have been about a year since I've been on here!
I used to do herbs and massage and gained about a cup and half in size... my program and picture pages are still up!
I've kept my size although I have put on a little weight since (not much).
Anyway, I've decided as a small C, that I want to be bigger! And wanted to try BO.
Being in England, I can't find it anywhere... but I did find this on eBay.

If herbs and massage worked for you in the past, why do you want to try something differant?
why do yu not want to go back to what did it for you? just curious.....
That brand is a generic brand, just an FYI. And I have heard of women on the noogleberry forum taking it I believe. But realize with a generic brand you have to take alot of pills in order to meet the same mg's that BB and UB have in order for growth. I believe if you go to the Bountiful Breast or Ultra Breast site, they both ship internationally. I never took BB but I know when I was stationed in Cuba Ultra Breast shipped there just fine, so they should be able to ship to you as well. Before you jump on one brand of BO, consider your options and find out more info. UB is high quality and very good, it worked for me and a few others on here. BB is also high quality and very good, it worked for the likes of Cheryl1989 and Mel aka itsjust4fun. BB is way more expensive in comparison to UB. And generic brands such as the one you are looking at are cheap for ONE bottle, BUT you have to go through multiple bottles per month in order to take the correct amount to grow. So like I said make yourself informed before jumping on something.
The brand you are looking at for example has 60 capsules per botte. Each capsule only has 200mg of BO, Ultra Breast has 540mg per pill and there are 90 in a bottle. It is recommended to take 3 UB pills per day. So that's 1620mg of BO per day. You would need to take about 8 pills per day of the brand you are looking at. This the 60 pills only lasting 7.5 days. So you would need 4 bottles of that brand just for ONE month of usage for NBE. So going by the USD that's $54.32 per month or 33.36 pounds per month (sorry don't have the pound symbol on my keyboard).

I always bought it 2 months at a time because that is the most cost efficient option they offer. But as you see just going by USD it's $34.37 cheaper per month than the generic brand you are looking at.

But going with a BO method for NBE you also have to consider you might need other supplements to help you grow. I personally take Collagen, Flaxseed Oil, and Kelp with UB to help my progress. And its essential to have a high protein diet, if your protein is low in your normal eating habits then you might have to supplement with protein shakes or bars, so keep that in mind as well because those aren't cheap.

Thanks for the detailed response Anastasia. Is shipping alot? I was thinking of taking raw glandular too. I'm already on a high protein low carb diet at the moment to try and stop that stodgey bloated feeling breads/pastas give!
If you're asking about UB shipping/handling, you can find out how much it'll be to ship if you start the checkout process (but don't complete it). Within the US, shipping is free, but I don't know about outside the US.

I take progesterone only pill at the minute... I've done a bit of research but it doesn't mean many people take the pill and do BO

I took UB for about two months while on a combo pill and did just fine. However, BO did nothing for me.
I'm on the pill but I don't know if it's progesterone only, I don't believe it is. I think it's fine because the BB website has a FAQ about it and they said it's safe.
