Hello everyone. I've recently began doing some research on natural breast growth/enhancement for my girlfriend and sure am glad to have found this forum.

Right now, I have 3 questions:
1- What methods tend to have the best results? I mean, between herbal pills, creams, Puerira Mirifica, hypnotism, etc.? I know things vary heavily from person to person, but starting out with what works best for most tends to work as well.
2- In the case of hypnotherapy, does anyone knows if there are any in italian or portuguese? My girlfriend doesn't understand english, and Google didn't seem to help me much on these.
3- I've read here (http://breast-tips.com/2011/02/07/enlarg...-of-water/) that cold water is a really good way to keep the breasts firm and avoid sag. Could someone else confirm that?

Right now I'm about to show her this other thread and the japanese girl's progress. If anything, that should do a great job for boosting her confidence on these things working

EDIT: By the way, her hormones are, if you excuse me, really messed up, to say the least. Her periods, as she tells me, didn't always come in a regular pattern and usually lasted more than a week, bleeding a lot. A few months back she had a cyst and is now taking medicine which regularized her cycle and made the cyst disappear. With that in mind, I'd also like to ask what she should definitly avoid
The best advice I can give is to read through the forum, what works for one woman doesn't work for another. I personally had no results from an individual herbal program, but did good on a BO (bovine ovary) program. Others didn't do well with BO and did better with herbs. So the best thing to do is read through every method and then decide from there. Get yourself educated on each method, what to avoid, etc.

As far as her symptoms with periods and the cyst, has she been checked for PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome)? It sounds to me like that could be possibly the issue and there are treatments for it. If she does have PCOS there is a section of the forum dedicated to it and the methods best used for people with it.
Sometimes you need to do some "trial and error" to find the right method that suite you.
