I have decided to go with WonderUp and I hope I've made the right choice! What I'm wondering in regard to that is this - the first time I took it a few years ago I noted that I began feeling pains and tingles while I was ramping up and only taking 2 tablets a day. I then bumped it up to 4, then 6. At 6 I didn't feel a whole lot going on; only some pains here and there, but no tingling and no real signs of anything going on. I happened to miss a dose (of two pills) one day and noticed that I started to feel the tingling and generally just a lot more going on. So after that, I alternated between 4 and 5 pills a day. This time, to hopefully help prevent myself from becoming ED, I'd like to keep it at 4 tablets per day for the first cycle and see where that takes me. Should I take two tabs in the morning and two at night? Or one in the morning, one in the afternoon, and two at night? Before I did two and two, but I know it's recommended to keep a steady supply of herbs in your system. Anyone have any thoughts on that?

Second question - I've been toying with the idea of adding Maca to my program for butt growing purposes. Big Grin Would this be counteractive for my breast growing efforts? I know that Maca can be used to balance hormones (which I've used it for in the past) so I'm not sure how that would work with an herbal NBE program. My main priority here is growing my boobs, so if there's a chance it could interfere, I will definitely leave it out.

Last one - The NeoCell collagen I bought recommends taking 2 pills, 3 times a day for a total of 6. Taking my size into consideration (5 ft, 86 pounds... basically the size of a 10-12 year old), do I really need that much? These tablets are so huge and to take so many each day... ugh. But I will do it if I must. If I'm going to do it, I want to do it right!

Thanks in advance!
Hi Shortcake,

I use hops and FG and maca. Pretty much a WU-maca program stripped to the essentials. It works. For some women, maca adds to NBE while building booty.

I don't think spreading over a day makes a huge difference. I take maca in the morning for more energy, fenugreek an hour before massage for a nice swell, and hops at night for good sleep. Prettymama wrote that maca in the evening causes weird dreams.

Most take 3,000 mg collagen a day, before massage, for tingles.
Thank you yet again, Isabelle! You've been such a big help. I'm a bit relieved about your reply regarding collagen... That means I can cut it down to three tablets a day. Smile

As for the maca, I've read so many varying amounts of it that people have taken for booty growing purposes, but I thought I would ask you what *you* recommend (keeping in mind my smaller-than-average size). Also, the local store that carries maca has it in two forms: one contains Maca root (525mg) and the other contains Maca root (100mg) and Maca root extract (350mg). The one that contains the root extract as well is a few dollars more expensive and contains less capsules than the other. Does it really matter which one I get in terms of effectiveness?

It really makes sense to take the various herbs at the time of day they suit you best! With that in mind, I won't stress so much over spreading everything perfectly apart throughout the day and night. Cool
Thank you shortcake,

I copy Prettymama's maca schedule. She took 1 a day in the first week, ramped up 1 a day each week to 6 a day in week 6. Then a week break, and pick up at 2 a day.

I want to extend the ramp up to the end of my 3 month program. I started maca at three weeks in, so that will be 10 weeks on maca. I also ramp up faster than Prettymama: 3,000 mg yesterday. It made my ears sizzle after a few hours. Today 3,000 too, but that was just an hour ago.

I use the maca powder, in the morning in a glass of water on an empty stomach. I also use dried hops flowers and powdered fenugreek seeds, because I want as little processing as possible. Capsules are for on the road or in the office.

Just heard a little whistle in my left ear. I'm 185 lbs, just divide the 3,000 mg by that and multiply by your weight.

If you have to choose between capsules with or without extract, I'd choose the ones without extract in principle. Unless the extract is better in unwanted side effects. I haven't tried maca extracts yet, but hops extract makes me less sleepy than the whole flowers.
