i dont understand the knuckle rotations part even after having read many explanations for Fengshui Msge.

do i 1) use my knuckles to poke my boobs and do circles around them (like one BIG circle that is around my breast)

or 2) use my knuckles to make little circles all around my boob (eg. one circle on top, one on the side, one on the bottom and one on the other side of my breast)

or 3) push my knuckle into my breast and not move it but rotate it like DoubleAce mentioned? if so, how many "pushes" do i do? do i do it all around my breast?

The way I understood it was to make little circles, but to do it all around your breast, in effect, making circles within a circle. You're just trying to cover as much area as possible, and to get as many of the pressure points as possible.
