Hi everyone,
I'm totally new to NBE and I've been reading through the forums and trying to come up with a plan of my own but it seems there are so many herbs and combinations out there and I am at a complete loss about where to start but I'm looking along the lines of a herb and massage programme to follow so I can gain some boobage!
I appreciate that what will work for some will not work for others and that I might find I need to switch things up but as I don't have a money-tree in my garden I hope that I can find something which works for me first time so that I don't waste time and money on things that don't work. I'd love to know what programmes/combination of herbs and dosages you girls have found to be the most effective? I'm not expecting anyone to suggest to me a personalised detailed programme but a few pointers in the right direction, eg. a couple of herbs to start with which have been seen to be successful for a lot of women before
Background info which might be of some use:
Age: 21
Bra size: 30B UK Size on last fitting, although depending on lingerie brand/store I will wear a 30B or 32A
Height: 5 foot 4
Weight: Around 105lbs
- Exercise wise, I do jogging, aerobics and swimming, not to any crazed fitness fanatic extent but enough to keep me fit and enjoy it!
- Non-smoker, only drink alcohol only on special occasions
- Don't drink coffee (hate the stuff, yuck!) but I do like a warm drink so I normally would have a fruity tea in the morning and evening and I wouldn't mind subsituting this for a herbal tea if it was going to help with NBE!
