Thank you for the information! From what I read in there I think it will help with weight loss if taken internally because it helps with weight loss through helping insulin resistance which means that it needs to be circulating in my pancreas and the blood of my entire body in order to work. I don't think this is going to work topically I have read that doing coconut oil wraps and seaweed wraps is good topically for fat-burning

Thank you for pointing that out to me. I checked scientific literature, but indeed found no studies proving that topical GR is effective against insulin resistance. I decided to go for FG now:
