I bought Wild Yam capsules recently and I've been taking them, but I've since been reading that Wild Yam cream is more popular/considered more effective?

I can open the capsules and remove the wild yam powder. Is it possible/a good idea to make cream/oil from this to use for massaging? Should I keep taking Wild Yam in capsule form and split the dose between cream/capsules?

it depends if u want it for increased progesterone then no u gotta buy it because wild yam progesterone cream made from wild yam chemically altered in a lab to make it progesterone.

Otherwise i think its a mild phytoestrogen.
