Never mind I found the answer...no.. because it doesnt have phytoestrogen but borage oil does...bummer cause I have a whole bottle of flax... not looking forward to squeezing half a bottle of pills to make my batter but such as life

Flax is extremely high in phytoestrogens:

As for how strong or effective the type in flax are, I dunno, but people have used flax alone for NBE. Regardless you should take it for the important omega 3s, which aren't in other plant oils. Usually only fish. Also prevents cancer: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed?term=flax%20cancer
