--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

hi,
Can anyone tell me about the chicken feet theory?
This is the first time that Ive heard about it. What do you think is the difference between that and
just eating regular chicken soup? Also any info about the gelatin and
how it contributes to breast growth would be great as well.

Sorry but I just don't understand and any clarification on this
theory would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Hey there,

Regular chicken soup is just made from chicken stock (which is usually made from chicken carcass not legs etc). So not so good for NBE.

The great thing about the chicken feet, is the quantity of collagen in them:

"Chicken feet do not have very much muscle, and they are also extremely high in collagen, so they tend to cook down into a gelatinous mass, with the tendons and skin adding a chewy texture. The high collagen, incidentally, makes chicken feet great for skin, hair, and nails, if consumed in large quantities."

PERFECT, for the connective tissue in your breasts Smile

I think some of the girls just make stock out of them, and then make soups (yum) If I could find an Asian grocer near where I live, I would definately do it!

You can buy unflavoured gelatin from your regular grocer, it's made from cow's hooves. I don't think it is as good as the chook's feet, but it's still got some of the same benefits.

Hope this helps you!

Cheers!
Lilly

Thank you lilly!
Depending on where you live...If you can, try to find a mexican grocery store they will have chicken feet too! I also did a quick search online to find out about foods that are rich in collagen,
I just found this site with a little bit of info... here's the site

http://www.wisegeek.com/which-foods-cont...llagen.htm

"Dark green vegetables are also excellent examples of foods containing collagen producing agents. Rich in Vitamin C, regular consumption of kale, spinach, collards, and asparagus helps to strengthen the body’s ability to manufacture collagen and to utilize the protein effectively."

Also, do you think if I get a cream with collagen in it and use that during the massage. would it help with NBE?

I'm just eating jello right now instead of chicken feet soup. So, it's not as good as chicken feet soup? What if I just try to eat more of it? How much would I have to eat to equal the collagen content in chicken feet soup?

I've been thinking of making little boob plushies with cute little faces. If any of you girls are interested, please let me know through kappakreations@gmail.com. If there's enough interest, I'll try to draft a pattern and start making them. ^_^
