Update: No growing pains, only noticable change is that they're looking (maybe, if I look realllllly hard) a bit fuller. No measurable growth although I'm not really expecting that just yet.

I'm not sure what I'm expecting.

Awaiting the arrival of progesterone cream. Has taken 3 weeks now even though I live in the UK and ordered it from a UK company.

Ran out of fennel tea nearly a month ago. So far fennel tea alone has made the biggest difference to the appearance of my breasts. The PM spray makes them feel nice but has no other effect (as yet), the PM pills have had no affect (as yet), I'm also eating lots of oats, flaxseed, sunflower seeds etc. and taking vitamin supplements.

In general, eating healthily, keeping up a solid routine and not even feeling well for it

My boyfriend told me that I look like a pear today he said I was flat on top with a lovely big bottom. I might have taken this as a compliment if it were not for the fact that I am highly aware of his preference for large breasts.

And his non-existing fascination for mine.

May add maca next month.

From your posts, he seems to be a jerk, I am sorry, but why are you still with him?
The more you stay with him, the more he will treat up like crap. You gotta stand up for yourself.
Trust me, it's better to have no man at all, then having a man who is constantly putting you down. I read a while back that you have depression?? Is he causing it? Or making it worse?

I would say he triggered this particular episode of depression but in general he's not the cause of it.
I don't know why I'm still with him, I think I'm being a bit pathetic about the whole thing really. I don't like change.

Good news, fantastic swelling! I made the mistake of calling it growth last time and I'm pretty certain it will come down over the next two weeks. I've stopped measuring because I misplaced my measuring tape... So I can't say by how much I've increased but I'd guess at 3/4 of a cup size.

34Cs are a bit too small, 34Ds a bit too big. My boobs are still spaced rather widely apart so no cleavage whatsoever.

My progesterone cream arrived a few days ago, will use it for the first time today

Swelling has gone down considerably after replacing PM with progesterone cream. It's unusual for me to get smaller during the luteal phase, I think this highlights the affects of PM more than anything (but not necessarily effectiveness).

The progesterone cream hasn't gone far! :O It was so expensive for such a small amount that I'm a bit annoyed, how much can it possibly cost to produce? I've noticed that it plumps out a different part of my boobs to the PM. It seems to cause the, err, 'inner sides' to swell. This is contrary to what I thought was supposed to happen and it's not even where I put the cream on my breasts and it may also just be my imagination HOWEVER it could be exactly what's supposed to happen so woop de dooo.

I still can't afford more fennel tea...

I get a 250 g plastic bag of powdered fennel seeds for a couple of euros at the oriental supermarket. Works fine for tea in an old coffee maker.

I've been noticing more and more how totally in the wrong place my boobs are. I think going up 3 cup sizes is less optimistic than hoping to get cleavage from NBE
