vitex and breast enlargment

Is vitex alone used for breast enlargment ? Or is it used to regulate the cycle before you start estrogenic herbs? Does anyone know if dong quai is just as good ? I cant get vitex in my country.

Anyone can get Vitex from Vortex Health & Beauty, they shipp free to all countries. Vitex is generally used for estrgen dominance, some got breast growth from it, but not most people I think. It's more for balancing then NBE. It could increase one's chances at later NBE attempts after the hormone imbalance has been improved.

I consider to start because my period is very irregular, but I am a bit impatient so maybe I just start individual herbs and see what happens. And if the peroid comes very selten I better try vitex..I read about vitex and it seems like a great herb. It gives me hope that I might get pregnant one day in the future too, because when you have small boobs and a strange cycle it is difficult to imagine how one could get pregnant. I wonder if I do nbe and get some growht hopefully.. and my period still is irregular do you think growht will dissapear if I start vitex afterwards?

I feel if you have pcos or any kind of male hormone excess and you use vitex that you will see breast growth with Vitex b/c since your hormones will be balanced nothing will prevent you from developing properly and PCOS stunts breast growth or puberty growth period.I use Vitex I just got on my 2nd month and my breast appears more full already and they say to see balance at least 3months and it's only 2 for me.My periods and other things are noticeably getting regulated already so I am very excited about Vitex.

PCOS is a complicated endocrine disorder, often underdiagnosed, which has a laundry list of symptoms and complications. In regards to NBE & PCOS, taking vitex by itself will most likely NOT result in breast growth, despite what BlackDiamond27 keeps posting.
Like what Moon said, I've been on this board for awhile & can remember only one case where there was success with vitex and that person just wrote on her thread then disappeared all together. I would take her testimony with a grain of salt:

There is mention of another thread within the above post where one member actually shrunk on vitex. I've read more cases where people didn't grow with Vitex. I thought this recent thread was particularly insightful:

Hormonal imbalance in-and-of-itself is very complicated and confusing. You must understand what is causing the imbalance to treat it effectively and that is quite a large feat. Remember to do your research, ladies, before popping pills into your body, especially if you have medical issues.

Lots of people here tried vitex for NBE and from practical experience it seems that it very rarly causes breast growth. I remember dozens of negative reports and maybe 2 or 3 positive. Vitex lowers prolactin which is one of the key hormones for NBE. Not to mentioned quite a few people actually shrunk with vitex.
