If you are thin, let's say 18-19 BMI, will that affect the results and how fast the growth happens?

I was thinking of maybe gaining around 5lbs or more by drinking Ensure for a couple of weeks.

Is this advised or should I just not worry about it?

I also heard that if you have more adipose fat in your body the results are faster? As well as gaining weight by increasing my breast size I want to tone my body, but that mean losing the little fat I have and replacing it with muscle.
I think it does affect growth. I am 19% body fat and am trying to gain a little weight as well. I know that there is a strong link between estrogen and fat. I think putting some pounds on in a healthy manner could only help the process
Hopingforthebest,

Thank you Smile
I didn't want to put on weight unless I had a good reason.

You need to have some fat in your body to be able to grow your breasts with the NBE. It stretches your breasts and will move or minimize the amount of fat.
yh i think being a bit bigger would help although if your nbe uses herbs they will normally take u up to a healthy weight which the body will be able to develop breasts at.

Im taking pm so far iv gained 2 cups and improved roundness and fullness to my bust although i have gained a couole pounds(im still pretty petite just less toned) which is why i joined a gym cause im not bothered about being a dress size bigger cause curvys hot as long as im toned.
Not being underweight (<18.5 BMI) is especially important b/c the fat has to come from somewhere, besides doing it for overall good health. Ensure is water, sugar, oil and a multi-vite. You could do about as well with donuts and a multi-vite, but surely there must be a better way.
Thank you! You guys are very helpful Smile
Find out which one you want more cause weight loss & nbe will conflicted. focus on one at a time

NBE doesn't put fat from your body into your breasts...That's not how it works...However, NBE does work better with a BMI of 18+. I guess because your body functions at its best to make the proper hormones. If the body spends less energy worrying about how to sustain you at a certain BMI, it has more energy to put out the proper hormones! (That's one way to look at it, I guess.)

Also, Ensure is a GREAT idea. I actually drink Breakfast Essentials everyday (the same thing), and the high protein in it has helped me a LOT (I find protein to be one of the most important parts of NBE). I actually buy the pouches of it, so it's cheaper and I can mix whole milk in with it to get even more fat and protein. Smile To say those things are the same as eating a donut and multi-vite is completely asinine.

I'm not sure what my BMI is, but I'm pretty thin. I was actually VERY thin when I first started my journey here (although it wasn't a lot of muscle). Everyone told me I wasn't going to achieve anything without gaining weight. Well, I've been working hard these last months, and by building muscle and consuming a lot more protein, I've actually been able to gain muscle weight, lose body fat (not much, but a noticeable difference!) and gain breast. My body makes energy out of the protein rather than calories, so I've actually cut my calories quite a bit. My body's packing on less fat, and I'm still growing. Yes, gaining weight will help. But it isn't completely necessary (unless you're at like 15 or something), and you can manage both at the same time to get faster results.

I also suggest trying maca to help gain weight. It'll put on more muscle weight, so the number on the scale might be slightly deceptive. However, most women taking it have put on a few pounds when taking it, even women who've never been able to gain weight before. Worth a try (because Ensure along probably won't be enough on its own). Good luck in your gains!
