Recently I told my mom about my NBE adventure. She is in the same boat as I am. Being a full 34C before breastfeeding. Breastfed 5 children. I thought maybe you could help me figure out what she could take.

Her measurements I don't know. I believe she is 36 band size, but something like AAA. She describes her boobs as fried eggs, as they are super saggy.

She's 51, Complete histerectomy, and has Disc Degenerative Disease in her back. 2 back surgeries. Eventually will be in a wheel chair.

Chronic Migraines, that sometimes last for weeks, even after prescribed migraine meds taken.

She would like to get back to a 34C. I thought you might suggest what you think she should take, and at what dosages. Thanks so much for your time. Melissa
Hi Melissa,

A complete hysterectomy does present a problem. To date, I am not aware of anyone who had a hysterectomy to do well in NBE. On the other hand, they usually did not do what is known to work.

The best thing to do herbal wise is the Greenbush 90 day kit (kit #2) and ramp up dosages potentially far beyond what is normally done. The multivitamin, MSM, oils, etc. would all have to be done. Massage would be best with Greenbush fenugreek extract and a batter made with olive oil (two cups), borage oil (24 1000mg capsules), and goat's rue (one cup) after that, then apply heat. The topicals would have to be done several times per day. The herbs, again, would have to be ramped up to a dosage that starts to give her results, potentially in the 5000mg ball park.

GABA and/or other HGH enhancers would be needed.

She might also be a good candidate for BO or PM. No matter what the route, trial and error will be a big part of it.

Thanks so much for your time, and wisdom. I'm glad I asked before she bought herbs. I thought it would be different having a full hysterectomy. I will pass this message forward to her. Again, thanks so much.
