Also, you said it took you around 3-4 months to appreciate the changes, right? Did you noticed something before?

Don't be embarassed, I just think that it's faster to go and read the whole thing than waiting for someone to see the forum and take the time to answer...
My growth is permanent. I mean... The growth never stopped, but it's slow.
I saw changes since the first week.
I started being pleased with my breasts gradually, I started feeling veeeery surprised in these days, since I see them growing bigger and taking a beautiful shape. Hypnosis is the real thing.
I also do massage. I started Chi massage a few days ago.

The brava bra is kind of like the more popular noogleberry. It's a breast suction device. I'm afraid to potentially end up with messed up results or way too big breasts if I do suction and hypnosis together.

I think it is okay to do both. I'm sure I've read before somewhere on here that some ladies are using the noogleberry with their hypnosis. But perhaps if somebody who is actually using the noogleberry or brava can confirm.
You could also read through the hypnosis forums to find it. I think you can do a 'search' on here as well, if you type in noogleberry it may come up, although I don't think the older posts come up. If you can't find what you're looking for, you could read through the forums, if you want to do through them.

I wish I had the blessing to have breasts that are too big...
Oh I´m using a noogleberry besides the hypnosis, it´s really no problem! Actually sometimes I take a few days off from pumping (it works better that way) and then I make sure to listen to the hypnosis mps. I think with brava you have to use it without interruptions, it uses a gentler suction so you have to use it for longer periods.
But anyway, hypnosis can´t do you any harm, and if you have miraculous growth like Kelly
you can just stop when you think it´s enough.

I have just bought the mp3 download of Steve G Jones' breast enlargement mp3 hypnosis (gold recording).
It is just one recording that lasts about 40 mins, but in it he only really talks about your breasts for about 5 minutes, the rest of the time it is all about relaxing at the beach, and relaxing yourself.
I'm just wondering if this is the right hypnosis recording because it doesn't mention your breasts that much.
Please can you let me know if I've got the right one, because if not, so I can get the correct one.

You know, I thought about the same matter about Steve's recordings. The answer is that what matters is the message that your brain catches, not the amounts of times the hypnotist says the word "breasts".
The reason why I had such a great result is because I really want the change with all my heart, and I beg my subconscious to allow the chages to happen.
If you don't have a response to hypnosis, is because you have a block. Your mind doesn't believe that you can do it. So, what I suggest to you, is to do first a few sessions of hypnosis to change your beliefs. After this, I would start the whole breast thing.
I don't know where to find those, but I know they exist (the clensing one)
