Gelatin Help. How to take it?

Hey guys,
ok i have no clue how to take Gelatin and how much. I have the davis brand, and it is the kind you bake with. One pouch has 10 grams of gelatin inside, it is pure beef bovine gelatin.
now the question is how do i take it? Do i make it like i would Jello? (store in the fridge until thickend or what?
how did Jelly or Jello take it from this forum?
Or do i just sprinkle the powder into warm liquid and drink immediately?

Just stir it into some water and drink it immediately. Jello took 1 tsp 3 times per day.

ok thanks. that's what i was doing, but thought i must be doing something wrong.
i'm getting pains and tingles every day. i'm massaging too. i'm taking only gelatin, msm, and multivitamins. no herbs. i think i'm having more pains this time around.

Fenugreek and Saw Palmetto would be really good to take right now. Fenugreek in topicals is the most effective, if you have access to it.
