I really don't know when exactly this happened cause for months nothing was happening in the boobs department...but then all of a sudden they're just "sprouting out"(for lack of a better word lol)...It must have happened in the past 3 weeks or so and I'm measuring a whopping 33" from a very modest 31.25"...I'm in shock!!! I haven't measured myself for nearly 6 weeks or so cause of previous disappointment with the measuring tape...they felt very full but I thought it was just luteal swelling but AF came and went and they were still very heavy..that's when I decided to measure...I don't seem to see any change by looking in the mirror though but when I took some pic today, I could tell there's a huge difference...

My right one is still smaller than the left one though and they seem to be growing sideways..lol..probably cause I rarely wear a bra (have started doing so from today...lol)...Does anyone know how to get them in a better shape?? I'm gonna try and post my pics here...and I'll also tell you girls what exactly I did to achieve this...

Thanks girls...I was gonna send my before and after pics to Eve to post on the forum but I realised my before pics are on my PC in Kent...and I'm living in London cause of Uni...Oops...The before and after will have to wait I'm afraid...I'll just prepare a post for my program and post here instead...

Lemme just give you girls a sneak-peak of the after pics anyway...lol...I'm too excited to keep it for myself any longer...

Thanks girls...I feel that they're growing sideways though, lol...so I bought myself a breast shaper off ebay...hope to get it soon. Before any growth, my boobs looked like Double-Ace after pic...but my cleavage area was as flat as a board...

Ok, about my program...I used the proven method which is Fengshui and Tigerlily method...I do the massage daily but couldn't have the CFS though...I had CFS for 2 weeks only. Although, it tasted good, I couldn't bare to look at the feet ; so I drank only the broth...but like I said I did it for 2 weeks only...I eat bananas and avocados daily as boobie food...

I also listen to a hypnosis MP3 daily before going to sleep...I tried Steve G Jones platinum initially but it was too long and he barely says anything about breasts; so I gave up...I also tried the Rockmelon(hahaha) but I figured if the guy is chinese; he'll probably give the suggestions in chinese and my subconcious will not understand it and also the music was kinda annoying too; so gave up after a few days on that one too...Now I've been listening to a short MP3 and it's very up to the point and it's boosted with radionics and it's free too...It's only about 3 minutes long so I put it on repeat and listen to it for about 15 - 30 minutes continously.

I do another weird thing (pls don't laugh girls!)...I talk to my boobies daily asking them to grow...I do it in a way you will do to encourage a friend to do something; motivating them like...I don't beg or plead...lolz...Now that I've seen growth, I'm gonna reward them with some new bras...

Supplements I take:
- Borage oil (2000mg in 2 doses)
- Multi vitamin (not for NBE)
- Vitamin C (2000mg in 2 doses - not for NBE but I guess it helps)
- MSM (6g in 2 doses - I was taking only 2g daily for a knee problem but increased to 6g when I found out it increases collagen in the body; which I thought will be good for NBE)

That's about it for now...if I remember anything else; I'll post it here...

As you'll see, it's very short, about 3 minutes,so I downloaded it on my Ipod and listen to it on repeat mode for 15 to 30 minutes...I do it when I feel I'm about to fall asleep...It's boosted with radionics...Radionics is simply a machine that take your intent and multiply its power and send it out...it's a machine used for manifestation and also for curing disease and stuff...Google it for more info...However, these machines are very tricky to operate cause you need to get the right frequency and they're also very expensive...but these Mp3 have been powered by radionics experts...I found it on a radionics website. It's very simple and upto the point which I kinda like.

I keep seeing MSM being used or talked about the past month or so. And those that use it seem to have good growth with just a few weeks. Aah...THIS is what I should've been taking instead of hydrolyzed collagen! MSM just may be my ticket to faster growth. Even double_ace mentioned when she stopped her doses for a few days, she didn't grow as much. *smacks forehead* Doh!

Lol, but seriously I really think MSM is better or just as good as CFS. I'll be getting some today prolly. I'd like to meet my deadline to have boobage. XD

MSM is supposed to increase natural collagen in the body...I guess the same way CFS does...although I'm not too sure how collagen increase boobage...lol...I've read it from other ladies on this forum that collagen is good for NBE...

Good questions, TinaZ. (Luv Jessica Rabbit btw! Even tho she's a cartoon, she was one bad chick!)

Well, I think the optimal amount to take, judging from growth rates in a few people's routines is 6-8g. If you check double_ace's pic page she had nearly 3 inches in a lil over a month and on her program page she said that she was taking 8g daily. Mel says she took 6g and she got nearly 2 inches in 3 weeks--if I'm not mistaken.

Um as to why it causes growth...maybe you can do a search in Wikipedia? Lol I dunno. I remember it being a metabolite of DMSO and Wahaika had recommended using DMSO as a topical on the BE Board...

Thats like 6-8 pills a day. It sounds like alot but I guess you would have to for it to do its job fully. I am taking about 3 per day. Nothing yet. I read that long hair forum post about MSM, it sounds pretty good.

I think I may up the dose to 6 per day and see how that goes.

Great researh on MSM, shyboobs...I also found out that MSM is made from chicken bone marrow...lol!! Maybe that explain why I still had growth despite not taking CFS...

tinaz, 6g - 8g is more than enough for NBE I guess and according to my research you can't OD on it and it's as safe as water...You can divide it into 2 or 3 doses daily...

Big Beautiful B's, I'm so sorry...I've just seen your questions now...To answer your questions, no I don't take any herbs apart from Borage oil...I don't take any soy either...I don't apply heat but if you can, pls do cause I think it helps...Yes, I was an A too and now I'm a full B...Don't worry about your small frame, so am I...just keep positive...

Mel... that is awesome!! Your pictures look great!! I love what you said about talking to your boobs and "motivating" them!! I truly believe that what we focus our thoughts most on and how we feel about those thoughts will manifest what we desire. During my massages I visualize my boobs growing instead of just mindlessly going through the motions. I believe that focusing & truly believing & feeling that NBE can work is so helpful.

I also eat avocados just about every day and I do believe MSM could help breast growth because it helps regenerate cells & synthesizes collagen.

I take Vitamin C too and this will help with the assimilation of MSM.

All 3 of my topicals (including the Bawdy Butter... thank you ShyBoobs for pointing that out!!) do contain MSM.

It seems there are so many different factors that can go into a successful NBE program depending on the individual. I'm so glad that you found the right program for you!!

Artemis, I've read that MSM has the same toxicity level as water...but of course, I'm not a doctor and I really don't know a lot about it; only what I've read online...The cheapest I've found in the UK is like £10 and will last about month if you take 6g daily...

Now girls, I need your help to work out what my size really is...I thought I was a 32B cause I had a 32B soft cup bra that fits me quite well and I ordered 4 nice bras online in 32B(not soft cups); I received them today, tried them but the cups are too tight, the wire is kinda digging in my boobs on the sides and the front and also a sorta a bulge is forming in my cleavage area that's not too attractive even under a T-shirt...I went to M&S to get myself measured and the lady told me I'm a 32D; duh!!! I don't think I'm a D somehow...Can someone pls help me???

My stats:
Under-bust: 28"
Bust: 33"
Over-bust: 29.5"

I'm just a little reluctant....Ever heard of colloidal silver? It was (and maybe still is) marketed as a panacea, like MSM. Then they found people who used the stuff long-term and developed a condition called argyria, which turns your skin blue or gray. It's incurable. So you can understand my skepticism in trying out another untested supplement like MSM.

I don't think MSM is new...it's been used for years by people with joint problems and arthritis and it's certainly not marketed as an NBE supplement...But of course, you don't have to use it if you don't feel good about it...there's a lot of other things you can use for NBE...Just go with what feels right for you...

Hi, long time no see. If you check the 2nd question under the email section, the person complained about not being able to sleep when on 15g (that's a lot!) of MSM so they brought it back down to 10g. So, I think if you keep it under 10g there shouldn't be any probs with that. Also, it would prolly be a good idea to break for a few days after a couple months.

I been taking 6g, for the most part, and haven't had any problems with sleep, acne or anything else so far. My left knee used to get a twinge every so often when I would run down the steps (WTF? I'm not even 30 yet! lol) but now that I've been taking 6g or so, that prob is virtually gone. Yay! So no complaints here but to be on the safe side, I'll be breaking for a few days every other month. This is my suggestion.

Mel, you look like you could be a 32d to me. I'm a 32c and you look a little bigger than i am. I know it sounds way huger than it is but on a 32 band its not cause cup sizes go proportional to your rib cage. For instance my size 32c, is the same cup size as a 34b or a 36a. the reason your old 32b bra fits you could be because bras can stretch as we grow if we wear them often. But the only way to be sure of your size is to try on those 32d's and see what fits the best. I cant wait to get to that size myself. Congrats!

Lol lol I just have to vent something. So I often complaned how I can never find supplements in my country, and I was sure there's no way I'll found MSM. And now I find this site full of useful supplements ment for HORSES! Hahahahahhaha!! Inclucing MSM, at very good price - 16 euros for 350 grams! I emailed them and asked if their products are ok for huamns too. Yeah I'll be shopping at animal stores from now on. My coutnry's market is really stipid, there's better availability of supplements for horses than for people lol.

I'm glad to hear MSM is working for some people. I myself have taken MSM for my joints since September and haven't seen any real growth from it, but it hasn't stopped my NBE progress that I know of, so I'll continue to take it.

While you can't overdose on MSM unless you take like 20g, the recommended dose is 3g... I'm about 93 lbs and the people at the health food store worry that the 6-8g I take is way too much for my body size.

There are some possible side effects. MSM is helps clear out toxins, which can actually be released from the body through the skin, so you can get a rash. Also, it can give you a lot of energy, so don't take it too close to bedtime, or you might not be able to fall asleep.

I know you are all smart ladies, and you wouldn't try a product without researching, but for those who haven't read some of the info, here's why I will never purchase MSM that is NOT made in North America. There are much stricter regulations in North America, forcing the brands within to go through a heavy purification process. So these brands give you pretty much the purest form of MSM. Sure, we all risk taking in chemicals with everything we ingest, but if you ladies plan to take the large amounts the girls on here with success have been suggesting, I would buy the purest form possible .

It's because of the additional restrictions on anything meant for human consumption. Lots more paperwork, inspections, restrictions, etc. Might be the very same product, but as long as its sold for a purpose other than human consumption, they don't have to deal with all that hassle. Gotta love loopholes.

I've also read about vitamin C being used in conjunction with MSM on a few sites since MSM promotes cell repair (among other things), which leads to forming new cells. Vitamin C is required for healthy new cells. melly used this in her routine too. Off to the store again (Gawd, I'm gettin' obsessed with this boob growth regime lol!).

Use a spoon OR grab some powder with your hand and make sure it's the right amount (you can measure with your eyes if you're good at it), tilt your head back and drop the powder straight down to the back of your mouth (This way you skip most of the taste-buds), then immediately flush it down with water.

It is not as bad as people say it is, you just have to 'woman-up' and put your health and boobs first ;-)

Moon, Double-Ace is right...the powder tastes aweful in water but you can mask the taste in Orange juice...you won't even know it's there...

I took the powder initially but switched to the tablets when I increased the amount to 6g daily...it's easier that way...

Great research again shyboobs...I take the MSM tablets and vitamin C together although I was not aware that it helps the absorption of MSM...You do learn quite a lot on this forum, eh???

The powder's a bit bitter but not terrible when mixed with water. Get the powder, because supposedly it is more potent, and definitely a lot cheaper than capsules. I got 454 servings of 1000 mg for $24.99 (Vitamin Shoppe's brand). For the same price, I could get 300 capsules with 1000 mg each. Bet you can guess which I chose!

Odd.. I bought the Vitamin Shoppe brand of the powder and I just mix it into my Nalgene bottle every day (32oz water) and I can't taste it. I even asked my boyfriend if my water tasted funny without telling him why and he thought it tasted normal too.

The Vitamin Shoppe brand is the optiMSM, which I heard somewhere along the way is better, but I honestly don't even know the difference.

Hopeful, I think they're all the same, just different names. Lignisul is powder and optimsm is flakes; both dissolve well in water. However if you're putting it straight in your mouth and then taking a gulp of water then powder might be ideal. Both is 99% pure so you can't go wrong.

That vitamin C information is a little concerning. I am wondering at what concentration there study was conducted at? Because they don't mention it. They may have done it at concentrations that are well above normal?
Personally, I'm not going to cut it out of my diet but I might think twice about vitamin C supplements.

Just found the scientific paper. It was published in the journal Science. Vitamin C-Induced Decomposition of Lipid Hydroperoxides to Endogenous GenotoxinsScience 292, 2083 (2001);
Seon Hwa Lee, et al.

So I kind of just read it quickly... It seems to be a fairly good study. However, it is in vitro, they did not conduct this study in an actual cell. They basically put vitamin C with the precursor of the DNA damaging molecule at varying concentrations. There was no specifications that the concentration of the precursor to the DNA damaging molecule was similar to that found in a normal cell (I think this highly critizable). However, they did specify that the vitamin C contrations they used were comparable to the oral supplementation Vit C concentrations at its peak in our cells. However, to transform the precursor into the DNA damaging molecule takes 2 hours. Considering our cells use vitamin C for a whole bunch of other things, whether or not there will be this peak concentration in our cells for 2 hours is questionable.


I am going to keep on taking Vit C. I feel like Vitamin C has a lot of benefits... Im just not going to over do it. (I sometimes used to take 1000mg/day. I am going to not go over 500mg)

Thanks for the info Moon. There are certainly other more potentially hazardous things you could consume and you should always take everything with a grain of salt. I'm more on the "natural" side and because you can digest and absorb vitamins from real food and natural sources much better (in most cases), I always suggest natural substances over synthetic ones.

By the way, for those who really want to get deep into the details of synthetic vitamins, here is a good read:

Hi ladies,

I've been trying to find a natural way to enlarge my breasts for years, but no success yet.
I have been on Breast Actives for almost 3 monts now, plus extra capsules of fennel, wild yam, fenugreek and saw palmetto. Nothing. I am willing to try MSM. Are the results permanent? Do you need a lot of fat intake? I am training for figure competition, and mt body fat percentage is down to athletwe level, sometimes lower. I am on a strict diet that involves a lot of protein, some carbs and little fat. I would need MSM for my joints anyway, given the heavy lifting and running that I do.

Any of you experimented with MSM and herbs? How about Pueria Mirifica, the herb from Thailand they keep advertising? I'm also thinking about hypnosis, but I haven't found a good recording yet. Can you please tell me where to find the three monute download again?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

shyboobs, yeah I was doing the massages to begin with and was trying CFS; then I gave up on the CFS and started borage oil, a couple of weeks later I started MSM; but I started noticing growth after I increased my MSM intake from 2g daily to 6g daily...

And maybe I should also mention that I use an EPO cream for massage...It's actually an eye-cream...LOL...I use it cause it has EPO as it's main ingredient and also starflower(borage) and vitamin A...For those in the UK, I bought it from superdrug and it's their own brand and comes in a creamish colored jar...cost about £1...

I just thought I would post this here - it is something I ran across last year and posted in the information on herbs thread from the main page. After finding this I began using only EPO internally and consigned my borage oil capsules to the massage bin.

Both Borage and Evening Primrose oil provide the Omega 6 essential fatty acid (gamma linolenic acid) but there are some important differences.

Borage oil seems to provide a greater amount of this fatty acid, but it also contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids which are a liver toxin in its fresh leaves. It does not contain very much of this toxin and if the oil which is made from the seeds it is unlikely to have much or any of this toxin present.

If anyone is in Australia, I thought I'd let you know that I bought the Nutralife brand of MSM. It says "MSM as OPtiMSM" and actually contains Vitamin C. It says OptiMSM 1250mg and Vitamin C 300mg. Most MSM I've seen is labeled "vegetarian," so it's probably synthetic.

14AAA is right. Plus, you don't have to explain anything to them as you're buying it. Athletes use this stuff all the time to help heal injuries or give them more energy. There are lots of uses for MSM.

I buy mine from Nutrition house, but you can get other brands at any store that has a pharmacy in it, even Zellers and Wal-mart. It's very common.

I get my MSM in Toronto from a local health food store - the brand is AOR. Not sure how its derived but I've been told this brand is recommended by naturopaths, and I personally use this brand for my magnesium taurate and zinc supplements. They use the most bio-available form of a vitamin/mineral. And I know this because I've done research (for example, magnesium taurate is much more bio-available to the body and you need less than say, magnesium citrate or something like that).

I don't think it would be hard to find more than one brand in any health food store..

Hey everyone, congrats to you mel, im new to the site and i have just read this.. im confused to what msm is and i dont think i can buy the tablets or purchase anything, but is there any food i can eat or any drinks that will do something to the cells in my breast and make them larger?

Yes MSM is just another way to have the benefits of CFS..If i only could eat the CFS i wouldn't try buying the pills.But I am a very picky eater so the pills are a better choice for me.
People who are able to consume CFS should just do that,it is much more natural and better..

Does anyone know of a good brand and where to buy? Also, what do you think would be better, pills or powder? I think the powder might work better than the pills (just a feeling though).

Yes powder is better since it absorbes better.That is what i hear.I got the nature's way brand "pills" from I-herb.Nature's way said theirs is 100% pure.

Oh right,Got that too from Natrol, Easy-C, 500 mg, 225 Veggie Tabs.So i hope this all helps me gain something with MSM.Will take 2 per day to stimulate collagen formation in my body.

Have a look at iherb's website.They also have reviews for they products.Personally i got the natrol one easy C but haven't used it yet so can't help with anything.It had good reviews though.

I'm not using the usual NBE herbs apart from Borage oil...I'm only taking 1000mg of BO at the moment(was taking 2000mg initially)...I also take MSM but not really for NBE but it does help...massage and positive thinking is working great for me...

I've read that as well, but I jumped from 2 grams to 10 grams with no ramping and had no detox effects.

Sandy, I started by taking 2g and did so for about a month and then just changed to 6g...I didn't have any detox symptoms...but maybe you can increase your dose by 1g every week until you reach the maximum dose you wish to take...

Thanks holly...I've had another half an inch growth since and I've stopped taking BO and is also on a break from MSM...the good news is that I haven't lost any of my growth...yay!!

Did you gain weight? MSM skepyical.....increasing collagen in the skin would increase your breasts several millmeters. Collagen is simply not that thick.

T-belle, I dunno whether MSM is better than gelatin, I guess you can try MSM for a bit to see if it works better than the gelatin...I know winter is the worst period for NBE and you're lucky that you're seeing consistent growth...
