I saw some people posting about Supershine, well, I have tried it. I did get suckered in to buying through the video. When I had first tried supershine I measured beforehand and I was 30" around the bust. At that time I was smoking cigarettes so I did not really see that much of an increase. I quit smoking for NBE reasons and tried again. I am not sure if I was imagining it but I had gone up 1" in like 2 weeks (I was also doubling up on the doses), then I tripled the dose and took what I had left. All growth was permanent but I don't think I had adequate time to see if it would work or not becuase of doubling and tripling the doses it went fast plus I had only a little bit left after restarting when I quit smoking.
Now I am taking a herbal BE appraoch. Growth has been slow, but steady. I measured I am now at 34". I went from a AA to a full B (in about 3 months) and I still plan to take it for at least 6 more months, maybe 9 months more. My goal is a full D, because I know BE works and that it can be accomplished. I had bought a bra from victora secret which was a 34B and before I started BE I used to wear it with those full cup jellys and even still the bra would not fit. As time passed, the jellys got old and I threw them out and realized that I fit the bra without them in and now it is getting tight! I will be needed a C bra within the next couple of months forsure! It is alot of work and perseverance but I will not get implants and I will have bigger breasts and better health!

What exactly is supershine? I have honestly heard of supershine. Then again, I am really getting tired of being suckered into products that don't really work. Sorry for all these questions but do you know if it works for people with low estrogen with an even lower progesterone?

Supershine is supposed to be a "food supplement" to enhance your breast size. It tastes like a citrus drink. I only did use it properly for like a few weeks total, so I do not think it was sufficient time to see results but in that time I did see an increase of like an inch or so. As for what types of people it works for, I am not sure you will have to go to their page (ezshopmall.com) and ask them. I do know that it is supposed to work for skinny girls like me. I am too scared to spend money and buy it again, just in case it does not work.

I have looked at the video and on the face of it does look quite interesting based on papaya I believe which I think others have been succussful with as a booby food.
But it is expensive at around $60 for looks to be about 2 weeks worth.
A bit beyond my budget!

And here I thought my growth was slow! I hardly noticed the difference until I tried on the same bra, but I guess it was pretty fast. Now I want to see just how big I can go and I hope the next growth is as fast as this was.
Supershine is pretty expensive, I just ordered 4 boxes for like $200, which was I think a 2 month supply which is all your supposed to need. I might try it again if I feel that I have reached maximum with the herbs, but I can actually get all the ingredients myself.

You thoguht your growth was slow?? Actually come to think about it, I don't think I've ever heard anyone grow as fast as you. Some people grow like 1 inch a year and still keep it up, and other have no reasults at all and keep trying. It seems to me you are very responsive so you would probably do good on any method, so you can easily go with a simple inexpensive herb routine.

Well my routine was not really inexpensive. I had been bugging my husband for years to get me implants and I figured I would save up $7500 to get them done. Instead of spending the money on implants I decided would spend the money on natural BE no matter what the cost and doubled the dose to take more if possible. I researched this for about 4 years (I laugh to myself because I could have been done by now). Finally I made my own routine that has been working even though it has been alot of work but I am determined to get a Full D within the next 6-9 months which is well worth the wait for me.
My husband was very supportive and gave me money to buy what ever I wanted no matter how much it was. I was able to quit smoking, which I had done for 11 yrs (its been 7 months since I quit) and the herbs make me feel great in every way. I feel sexier, more confident, more sexual, more energetic, and the list goes on.
I am hoping to get to a C by next month. I have just been reading the posts here and didn't want to post until I schieved my final goal of a D, but I could not help myself. When it is all said and done I will post my before and after pictures along with my routine.

I haven't really heard of growth that fast either and I am skinny too. That's the fastest growth I've heard yet. How did you find it? I don't usually want to go rushing into things but it sounds like it actually works. However, I am having a hard time finding it.

I am not sure what you are asking, where I found what? What growth was fast? I went from an AA (maybe an AAA) to a full B in about 3-3 1/2 months. I supposed I could post my story, if any wants to hear my long winded story. I will tell you that I did not take supershine for that long but I did see an increase when I measured.

I just don't know how I should start. So far, I have figured that I have the hormonal imbalance of low estrogen with an even lower progesterone. All I have at home is progesterone cream, EPO, Fenugreek, and Milk Thistle. I don't even know if that's what I need to start out with.

I sent the last message before I was even done. Anyhow, what I did before I even started any herbs was: as much research as possible. Just find out anything you can, ask lots of questions look for info on the net about everything you want to take first. Talk to some herbalists, some doctors and others who can provide you with the info you need. And what I have found that works best is to stick with the same program for some time but revision will almost always be necessary with any herbal plan. The same thing that worked for someone else may not neccesarily work for you. Every one is different and all have different lifestyles and experiences that mak us unique. I know that NBE does work because I am proof, although I am no where near the size I want.

I know you are all asking what I took.I have like a binder full of notes on everything I did, what worked, what did not work. I am going to try to organized it all and the pictures. Please just bear with me because I am in the process of trying organize all my notes (which is alot). This has become a hobby for me because I want to help people to feel better about themselves without having to resort to breast implant surgery.
I did not want to post until I had completed my program because I didn't want it to have things missing.

You can visit there website: www.myezshopmall.com and speak to someone and ask any questions you may have. Please remember though, that I did triple the doses to give me faster results. I paid $200 for 4 boxes which is, I think a 2 months suppy but I am not sure.
The best time to reach someone at the live help centre is probably evenings and weekends because of the time difference. They are located somewhere in Asia.

I have added some of the main ingredients: Papaya enzyme, collagen, and swiss lamb placenta to my herbal plan. I am still working on getting my plan together for everyone. I will probably do this sometime over the weekend if possible. Got a ton of homework to do already!
At $200 for 4 boxes that lasted me about a month which is very expensive, so I switched.

That is what I wanted to do. Inspire people to do it naturally and not get implants cause they really are dangerous, cost alot of money, and did I mention they look fake? NBE can work just if you are willing to put in the work and are determined. I could hardly believe it!
I kinda feel silly posting halfway through my program. I am kind of a perfecionist I like evrything to be done in the best way possible. And I know when I was looing through the forum I only like to read about people who actually finished thier plan. But hey its whatever the people want!

Interesting ingredients, this Supershine is an unusual product.
To know whether it's appropriate for any hormonal imbalance we'd have to know the hormonal content of placenta. I'm thinking it must contain significent ammount of progesterone, also estrogen and wiki informs me it also contains a hormone that works like a growth factor. It looks like it might be okay for estrogen dominance, but this depends on the progesterone / estrogen ratio. Also on the other hand, a severe ED would still be better to treat with vitex or PC in my opinion, it's more certain. If you don't have a severe hormonal imbalance tho, this product would probably be ok.
I also have to say it seems a bit risky to me to just experiment with doses of such a product, these are afterall actual hormones which are much more potent than phytoestrogens.

Aya, I have added these ingredients to my herbal program with great success, I mean 3 inches in 3 months going on 4 inches in 4 months. I cannot afford to double up on supershine but I can afford to double up on the main ingrdients of supershine. I cannot say that this will work for everyone like I said before everyone is different and my approach was successful for me in particular.
Lisa, I am not phillipino. So am sure it could work for other ethnicities as well.
I am in no way affiliated with supershine so I do not know all the answers, even though I will try my best to answer any questions you have. I did ask alot of questions about supershine for probably a month before deciding to buy it. However, I no longer take supershine. It was just a trial thing for me. But I needed a program more affordable for the long term, good health side effects, and one that will consistently give me reults.
I hope everyone can achieve growth like I did, and you can if you try.

Umm, I was trying to say exactly what I said, it seems rather literal and logical to me.
Lisa - I don't think race matters much in NBE, neither does body type directly, but hormonal profile (the my previous post). That this product was created for Philipinian women probably refers to the marketing strategy, not the formula.

Thanks, I just thought it would be a good idea to ask, because hormonal imbalances can influence how a person responds to certain herbs and such. I have low estrogen with an even lower progesterone according to those online tests. I was just looking to see if papaya enzymes are good or bad for anyone with that hormonal imbalance on NBE. Oh well, I guess I can try it out and let others know if it works or not

I took an online test and according to the test it said that as well. But there are real tests that can determine this better than an online test. I never took an actual test though from the doctor's office.

I cannot say if the online tests are true or not because I really do not know. The test done by a doctor should be pretty acurate. I did not go to the doctor nor did I take the test online seriously either. I just did research and knew my body. If you think you need one by a doctor then get one.

Honestly, I don't feel as though I need to go to the doctor. Maybe it is just me but I can already feel NBE starting to work! But everyone seems to say that you don't notice growth in a few weeks. Although I haven't seen growth exactly, I think I can actually feel it working. What are your thoughts on this?

Well, I think that if it is working just keep trying. The main thing is to be consistent in taking the herbs. Then after some time you could change/adjust your program (at least 3 weeks but a minth is good). You will first experience like a filling up of the breast then after that a change in the breast size. What kinds of things are you experiencing?

I would say that I am definitely experiencing filling up of the breast, it is kinda hard to explain but I think you know what I am talking about. I am also feeling tingling, itching, and soreness. It isn't terribly painful though.

Yes I do know what you are talking about. Perhaps if you want to see faster result (i.e faster filling up) you could take more. Many people do not take the right doses. It takes someplaying around with doses to see which one is right for you. Start out on a dose, then maybe (if you want to, its just a suggestion) you could slowly increase the doses until you feel/see changes. That is what I did until I was feeling tingling all the time.

Thanks for the advice. I should probably do that with my EPO especially because it says to take 3 to 6 three times daily, so I can play around with that a bit. I am a little worried about "herbal tolerance" but that shouldn't really be a big deal as long as I go slowly.

I asked the lady at supershine and she said they are no longer allowed to ship liqiud products to the US, although they can still send it to me in Canada, the US has restricted this product and others that are liquid.

Your experience with Supershine is really inspiring. However, would like to know if you have gained any weight or inches on other areas from taking this? I am taking EPO, Borage oil, FSO (not sure if I am taking too much oil), saw palmetto, Vitamin D and Thai a breast enhancement supplement that I bought locally in HK. I guess my weight has not increased but my waist line has definitely increased that makes me so worried. I took fennel and fenugreek before and I remember I saw somewhere that one of these two herbs will make your lower body size increased as well. Would appreciate your input.

It is my understanding that if you are taking Borage Oil that there really is no need for EPO because they kind of both do the same thing, although you can take both it seems unnecessary to take both at the same time. Try one, then the other.
As for my weight gain, I did not gain any weight while on supershine (probably because I never took it long enough). I weighed myself yesterday and I am 125! I used to be 115 regularly. However, I did quit smoking (7 months ago) and I have been eating like crazy. So I cannot say that it was only the herbs. I am taking though, both Fenugreek and Fennel as a part of my NBE program.

Sorry that I did not reply to your post, as I have been extremely busy these days and I can only have time to check the forum again today. Thanks for your advice, I think I will quit Borage oil for the time being, since it is serving the same purpose as EPO and also that peoople always say EPO is good for women. So, I will just take EPO instead. I have tried fennel and fenugreek before and they already ran out, so maybe I have to resume these two as well. However, I remember Wahaiki (sorry if I spell it wrong) did a statistics and found that NBE works very well in spring & summer time, as winter is approaching in a couple of months, I hope I can gain before winter comes, so I don't have to wait for another 7 months. :-)

Everyone keeps saying congrats on your success with Supershine but it doesn't sound like you used it that long. So, there is no telling how much more success you would have. Did you take the herbs the same time you were taking the Supershine because they could have helped? And did you have just as much success when you went off Supershine and only took the herbal supplements?

I keep stressing to everyone that I did not use supershine that long, so I do not know if my results would have continued, stayed the same or decreased. It just was not enough time, also I was taking about triple the dosage. I used supershine first, by itself, then I started on the herbs by themselves. Since taking the herbs I have had pretty good success (although I have been researching for about 4 yrs trying to figure out what works and what does not). I had gained 3 inches, after taking supershine, by just taking herbs alone.

I wish I had started off at a B or C. But if you only want a one cup gain, you should not have to use much. One important thing though is that you will reach a one cup increase before someone who wants a 3 cup increase, so make sure you take it for long enough! Usually 6 months is a safe bet. If you reach your results early than that just try to continue on low doses for at least 6 months to ensure your results are permanent.

Wow...I just saw the video/ad for Supershine just last night on YouTube and tried to researched it for about 1-2hrs and found out I cant buy it as I'm in the US and here it is on the msg board next day...is this a sign??lol Should I try to get my hands on this somehow? I'm asian...Thai to be specific and if anyone knows Thai women, we are small, petite and have little or NO BOOBS so maybe this will work??? Anyhow, will stick to Natureday for now as that was supposed to be my last resort before I throw in the towel and QUIT searching for the 'miracle' but after finding this site and reading about all the natural NBE herbs, might have to go on a mission to learn more about it and find out what you all are talking about when you initial all the herbs you all are taking! (Just wish I had the time to read upon it!) Can I pay someone to get a routine/schedule for me on what I should do/start with, etc as I have absolutely NO CLUE! Good luck to everyone...including myself!lol

I have to say i am amazed at the effectiveness of papaya enzymes as well, also swiss lamb placenta. I grew in a similar fashion as urself but i have started slowing down now, i think. However the swiss lamb placenta i use has a high dosage of vitamin A and i am not so comfortable with that since i already take a multivitamin. So, please which one do you use?

Let me first of all say, that you have been an inpiration to me! I read your program and thought WOW! If she can do it so can I! Your growth was amazing. People keep saying I have seen good results but I think they are nothing compared to the growth you recieved. I am not even done with my program. I am hoping to get to a Full D or a DD if I can! I have been using Swiss Lamb Placenta without the DNA (only because it kind of creeped me out thinking it might change my DNA, and might me turn into a Lamb!)the brand I think is called Daily Vita, I bought it from ebay. Why do you want less Vitamin A?
Thanks for your encouragement! Also, you are probably slowing down now because your body has become accustomed to the herbs, also probably because you stopped using IGF that helps with gorwth and massage also helps too. Well thats just my perspective from reading your last post on your program.

girl i just want some dd's like you as well. Yea i think the igf is playing a part with my growth slowing down. Because it seems to me like it took me months to grow .5 inch, which is weird. I dont want to take that much vitamin A because its a fat soluble vitamin and your body cannot get rid of it the way it can get rid of vitamin C for instance. I did research supershine as well but girl its quite expensive.

Please do not feel as though you are bothering me, because you are not. Anything I can do to help I will. I bought the Papaya Enzyme and the Collagen from my local health food store. The brand of Papaya Enzyme I started with was Swiss Natural Resources, then I bought the GNC brand because it was on sale and it contains 600 caplets! The collagen is actually Hyaluronic Acid which is from Collagen. The pills have 300 mg of collagen and 45 mg of that is Hyaluronic Acid. The Hyaluronic Acid brand was called Oganika. Hope that helps!

hey, so i went to the health stores near my house and found out that there are 3 really important types of collagen, and you need type 1 for NBE because it is what helps that type of tissue and what not, but you NEED all three for your overall health. just thought i'd add that little tid-bit

School is getting pretty tough! It's my last semester then I graduate! I have been looking forward to this for the last 4 years!
I am willing to put in a full year until I see my result of a full D. It has been close to 6 years since I first heard about the concept of enhancing your breasts naturally, I just did not think it was possible. I try not to think about what could have been or else I would cry, but I will focus on the future and I will not stop until I get what I want: A FULL D!
I started to feel lost to after reading this forum for months, taking notes, researching on the net, asking people, and scientific research. In marketing they say if you are overlaoded with information you will not make a rational decision. So it took me a while to make a good decision about what is best for my body because i should know it better than any doctor out there! I am sorry I have not posted but you have to understand, my program was changing daily on what to take next, sometimes even more than once a day it was changing.
Then, I realized I must stop changing my routine! I can't post like that ! LOL! I am thinking about how that would look, it would change every 5 mintues. I am sorry for those who are looking for me to post right away! And I do not like to do things half-assed, so I will not post if it means I have to do "half-assed". I have a midterm coming up and I am spending way too much time on here!
But I will try to post everything after that.

On their website they listed their ingredients and some on youtube which are (for everyone who wants to know):
Collagen, Papaya-enzyme, Lactic acid bacteria, citric acid, malic acid, placenta acid, fiber-enzyme, tartaric acid, beta carotene, vitamin B1/B2/C.
Some of the ingredients you are using are papaya enzyme, collagen and placenta, just wondering how you knew that the placenta was "swiss lamb", and that the collagen they used was "Hyaluronic Acid"? Did you research it or ask the lady..?

I am sorry. I must have confused you. Someone else asked me this earlier. I SUBSTITUTED those ingredients in supershine for ingredients of my own. I could not find placenta acid so I use Swiss Lamb Placenta and because it is good for other things too. They used collagen, I used Hyaluronic acid which is derived from collagen and again for other reasons(good skin). And I take Papain (papaya enzyme). I used some of the main ingredients and I wanted to used those things for other benefits besides NBE.
Hope that helps. I have one more exam one Friday then I will be posting a program.
Also, I completely stopped all herbs and have been doing a milk thistle cleanse and I am going to do an Aloe Vera cleanse as well then start something new. So far I have not decreased in size and have been filling up a bit more.

DOUBLE ACE: im interested in supershine but i live in the states so i can only (like i see that double d has done)...substitute the ingredients, im going down your list trying to find everything, im up to the Lactic Acid and have only found a lactid acid yeast supplement. i don't know if its the same thing here are the ingredients, not sure what they mean or if safe at all,.....can maybe you tell me if its worth it to take that as a supplement or no? seems more like a laxative to me....thanks

I think supershine has some key ingredients good for growth but most of the ones I listed are almost all the ingredients they have in their product so you can save your money and make your own supershine.

i have visited their website and their price is much more expensive than here in the philippines. it is sold in ez shop branches in malls (for me in Cebu City) the price is 2500 pesos ($53) for one box of supershine (15 day supply). however they have a promo in which if you buy 4 boxes (2 month supply) they will give it to you for 8000 pesos. (170$)
my testimonial:
i was very flat chested before i took any breast enhancement product. i never filled an A or an aa cup(very sad). it was like my nipples were the only sign i had breasts. =p supershine was the first product i tried. my breast grew in circumference and probably (didn't measure) 0.75 inches. starting from flat to something, it was an improvement for me. however, i think the product is too expensive, i wish i could have researched the internet first before investing all that money in supershine. nonetheless, i don't totally regret it because i had growth. still can't fill A cups though. =D
i am not saying supershine wouldn't work for you because i read a thread in a local BE forum here about two girls who tried BE. one girl brought herappeal(another popular brand in the ph which is now unavailable) and the other brought supershine. they took it for 2 months i think and didn't see results. they decided to exchange products and voila! supershine worked for the first girl and herappeal for the 2nd. so NBE is definitely trial and error.
at present:
since december 2009 i have been taking breast success and evening primrose oil. the reason i chose this product is because i bought it in amazon for $78(6 bottles 100 capsules). i took 3 capsules 3 times a day. and 1 capsule 3 times a day for EPO. fenugreek exrtact of BS is 219mg x 3 = 657mg (because on the bottle it says 219mg is 3 capsules, serving). it lasted 2 months and i finished it on february 2010. the results are more visible than supershine but i always loose them during my periods(as i expected, but still discouraging). i still maintained some growth, more or less another .75 inches. again, i wish i researched more before buying breast success. but this time, i am not as regretful as before because the money was more worth it.
the future:
i am currently on detox/cleansing for two weeks. finally, i decided to purchase online. i am just waiting for my wonderup and collagen to arrive from the U.S. this time i think i am making the right choice even though it will cost me an additional 20 or more dollars to get it shipped by a forwarding company. i am very afraid that my products wouldn't arrive on the shipping address i designated. it is my first time to purchase products internationally and i am on my own. nobody knows about my BE journey because most of the people here wouldn't understand especially my parents. i hope you welcome me in this forum and get support from you guys. thanks so much. =)

I saw some people posting about Supershine, well, I have tried it. I did get suckered in to buying through the video. When I had first tried supershine I measured beforehand and I was 30" around the bust. At that time I was smoking cigarettes so I did not really see that much of an increase. I quit smoking for NBE reasons and tried again. I am not sure if I was imagining it but I had gone up 1" in like 2 weeks (I was also doubling up on the doses), then I tripled the dose and took what I had left. All growth was permanent but I don't think I had adequate time to see if it would work or not becuase of doubling and tripling the doses it went fast plus I had only a little bit left after restarting when I quit smoking.
Now I am taking a herbal BE appraoch. Growth has been slow, but steady. I measured I am now at 34". I went from a AA to a full B (in about 3 months) and I still plan to take it for at least 6 more months, maybe 9 months more. My goal is a full D, because I know BE works and that it can be accomplished. I had bought a bra from victora secret which was a 34B and before I started BE I used to wear it with those full cup jellys and even still the bra would not fit. As time passed, the jellys got old and I threw them out and realized that I fit the bra without them in and now it is getting tight! I will be needed a C bra within the next couple of months forsure! It is alot of work and perseverance but I will not get implants and I will have bigger breasts and better health!

What exactly is supershine? I have honestly heard of supershine. Then again, I am really getting tired of being suckered into products that don't really work. Sorry for all these questions but do you know if it works for people with low estrogen with an even lower progesterone?

Supershine is supposed to be a "food supplement" to enhance your breast size. It tastes like a citrus drink. I only did use it properly for like a few weeks total, so I do not think it was sufficient time to see results but in that time I did see an increase of like an inch or so. As for what types of people it works for, I am not sure you will have to go to their page (ezshopmall.com) and ask them. I do know that it is supposed to work for skinny girls like me. I am too scared to spend money and buy it again, just in case it does not work.
I do not mind the questions at all! I will try to answer any questions you do have for me. Thanks for your encouragement!

I have looked at the video and on the face of it does look quite interesting based on papaya I believe which I think others have been succussful with as a booby food.
But it is expensive at around $60 for looks to be about 2 weeks worth.

And here I thought my growth was slow! I hardly noticed the difference until I tried on the same bra, but I guess it was pretty fast. Now I want to see just how big I can go and I hope the next growth is as fast as this was.
Supershine is pretty expensive, I just ordered 4 boxes for like $200, which was I think a 2 month supply which is all your supposed to need. I might try it again if I feel that I have reached maximum with the herbs, but I can actually get all the ingredients myself.

You thoguht your growth was slow?? Actually come to think about it, I don't think I've ever heard anyone grow as fast as you. Some people grow like 1 inch a year and still keep it up, and other have no reasults at all and keep trying. It seems to me you are very responsive so you would probably do good on any method, so you can easily go with a simple inexpensive herb routine.

Well my routine was not really inexpensive. I had been bugging my husband for years to get me implants and I figured I would save up $7500 to get them done. Instead of spending the money on implants I decided would spend the money on natural BE no matter what the cost and doubled the dose to take more if possible. I researched this for about 4 years (I laugh to myself because I could have been done by now). Finally I made my own routine that has been working even though it has been alot of work but I am determined to get a Full D within the next 6-9 months which is well worth the wait for me.
My husband was very supportive and gave me money to buy what ever I wanted no matter how much it was. I was able to quit smoking, which I had done for 11 yrs (its been 7 months since I quit) and the herbs make me feel great in every way. I feel sexier, more confident, more sexual, more energetic, and the list goes on.
I am hoping to get to a C by next month. I have just been reading the posts here and didn't want to post until I schieved my final goal of a D, but I could not help myself. When it is all said and done I will post my before and after pictures along with my routine.

I haven't really heard of growth that fast either and I am skinny too. That's the fastest growth I've heard yet. How did you find it? I don't usually want to go rushing into things but it sounds like it actually works. However, I am having a hard time finding it.

I am not sure what you are asking, where I found what? What growth was fast? I went from an AA (maybe an AAA) to a full B in about 3-3 1/2 months. I supposed I could post my story, if any wants to hear my long winded story. I will tell you that I did not take supershine for that long but I did see an increase when I measured.

I just don't know how I should start. So far, I have figured that I have the hormonal imbalance of low estrogen with an even lower progesterone. All I have at home is progesterone cream, EPO, Fenugreek, and Milk Thistle. I don't even know if that's what I need to start out with.

I sent the last message before I was even done. Anyhow, what I did before I even started any herbs was: as much research as possible. Just find out anything you can, ask lots of questions look for info on the net about everything you want to take first. Talk to some herbalists, some doctors and others who can provide you with the info you need. And what I have found that works best is to stick with the same program for some time but revision will almost always be necessary with any herbal plan. The same thing that worked for someone else may not neccesarily work for you. Every one is different and all have different lifestyles and experiences that mak us unique. I know that NBE does work because I am proof, although I am no where near the size I want.

The best time to reach someone at the live help centre is probably evenings and weekends because of the time difference. They are located somewhere in Asia.

I have added some of the main ingredients: Papaya enzyme, collagen, and swiss lamb placenta to my herbal plan. I am still working on getting my plan together for everyone. I will probably do this sometime over the weekend if possible. Got a ton of homework to do already!
At $200 for 4 boxes that lasted me about a month which is very expensive, so I switched.

That is what I wanted to do. Inspire people to do it naturally and not get implants cause they really are dangerous, cost alot of money, and did I mention they look fake? NBE can work just if you are willing to put in the work and are determined. I could hardly believe it!
I kinda feel silly posting halfway through my program. I am kind of a perfecionist I like evrything to be done in the best way possible. And I know when I was looing through the forum I only like to read about people who actually finished thier plan. But hey its whatever the people want!

Interesting ingredients, this Supershine is an unusual product.
To know whether it's appropriate for any hormonal imbalance we'd have to know the hormonal content of placenta. I'm thinking it must contain significent ammount of progesterone, also estrogen and wiki informs me it also contains a hormone that works like a growth factor. It looks like it might be okay for estrogen dominance, but this depends on the progesterone / estrogen ratio. Also on the other hand, a severe ED would still be better to treat with vitex or PC in my opinion, it's more certain. If you don't have a severe hormonal imbalance tho, this product would probably be ok.
I also have to say it seems a bit risky to me to just experiment with doses of such a product, these are afterall actual hormones which are much more potent than phytoestrogens.

Aya, I have added these ingredients to my herbal program with great success, I mean 3 inches in 3 months going on 4 inches in 4 months. I cannot afford to double up on supershine but I can afford to double up on the main ingrdients of supershine. I cannot say that this will work for everyone like I said before everyone is different and my approach was successful for me in particular.
Lisa, I am not phillipino. So am sure it could work for other ethnicities as well.
I am in no way affiliated with supershine so I do not know all the answers, even though I will try my best to answer any questions you have. I did ask alot of questions about supershine for probably a month before deciding to buy it. However, I no longer take supershine. It was just a trial thing for me. But I needed a program more affordable for the long term, good health side effects, and one that will consistently give me reults.
I hope everyone can achieve growth like I did, and you can if you try.

Lisa - I don't think race matters much in NBE, neither does body type directly, but hormonal profile (the my previous post). That this product was created for Philipinian women probably refers to the marketing strategy, not the formula.

I have low estrogen with an even lower progesterone according to those online tests. I was just looking to see if papaya enzymes are good or bad for anyone with that hormonal imbalance on NBE. I took an online test and according to the test it said that as well. But there are real tests that can determine this better than an online test. I never took an actual test though from the doctor's office.

I cannot say if the online tests are true or not because I really do not know. The test done by a doctor should be pretty acurate. I did not go to the doctor nor did I take the test online seriously either. I just did research and knew my body. If you think you need one by a doctor then get one.

Honestly, I don't feel as though I need to go to the doctor. Maybe it is just me but I can already feel NBE starting to work! But everyone seems to say that you don't notice growth in a few weeks. Well, I think that if it is working just keep trying. The main thing is to be consistent in taking the herbs. Then after some time you could change/adjust your program (at least 3 weeks but a minth is good). You will first experience like a filling up of the breast then after that a change in the breast size. What kinds of things are you experiencing?

Yes I do know what you are talking about. Perhaps if you want to see faster result (i.e faster filling up) you could take more. Many people do not take the right doses. It takes someplaying around with doses to see which one is right for you. Start out on a dose, then maybe (if you want to, its just a suggestion) you could slowly increase the doses until you feel/see changes. That is what I did until I was feeling tingling all the time.

I am taking EPO, Borage oil, FSO (not sure if I am taking too much oil), saw palmetto, Vitamin D and Thai a breast enhancement supplement that I bought locally in HK. I guess my weight has not increased but my waist line has definitely increased that makes me so worried. I took fennel and fenugreek before and I remember I saw somewhere that one of these two herbs will make your lower body size increased as well. Would appreciate your input.

It is my understanding that if you are taking Borage Oil that there really is no need for EPO because they kind of both do the same thing, although you can take both it seems unnecessary to take both at the same time. Try one, then the other.
As for my weight gain, I did not gain any weight while on supershine (probably because I never took it long enough). I weighed myself yesterday and I am 125! I used to be 115 regularly. However, I did quit smoking (7 months ago) and I have been eating like crazy. So I cannot say that it was only the herbs. I am taking though, both Fenugreek and Fennel as a part of my NBE program.

Sorry that I did not reply to your post, as I have been extremely busy these days and I can only have time to check the forum again today. Thanks for your advice, I think I will quit Borage oil for the time being, since it is serving the same purpose as EPO and also that peoople always say EPO is good for women. So, I will just take EPO instead. I have tried fennel and fenugreek before and they already ran out, so maybe I have to resume these two as well. However, I remember Wahaiki (sorry if I spell it wrong) did a statistics and found that NBE works very well in spring & summer time, as winter is approaching in a couple of months, I hope I can gain before winter comes, so I don't have to wait for another 7 months. :-)

Everyone keeps saying congrats on your success with Supershine but it doesn't sound like you used it that long. So, there is no telling how much more success you would have. Did you take the herbs the same time you were taking the Supershine because they could have helped? And did you have just as much success when you went off Supershine and only took the herbal supplements?

I keep stressing to everyone that I did not use supershine that long, so I do not know if my results would have continued, stayed the same or decreased. It just was not enough time, also I was taking about triple the dosage. I used supershine first, by itself, then I started on the herbs by themselves. Since taking the herbs I have had pretty good success (although I have been researching for about 4 yrs trying to figure out what works and what does not). I had gained 3 inches, after taking supershine, by just taking herbs alone.

I wish I had started off at a B or C. But if you only want a one cup gain, you should not have to use much. One important thing though is that you will reach a one cup increase before someone who wants a 3 cup increase, so make sure you take it for long enough! Usually 6 months is a safe bet. If you reach your results early than that just try to continue on low doses for at least 6 months to ensure your results are permanent.

Wow...I just saw the video/ad for Supershine just last night on YouTube and tried to researched it for about 1-2hrs and found out I cant buy it as I'm in the US and here it is on the msg board next day...is this a sign??lol Should I try to get my hands on this somehow? I'm asian...Thai to be specific and if anyone knows Thai women, we are small, petite and have little or NO BOOBS so maybe this will work??? Anyhow, will stick to Natureday for now as that was supposed to be my last resort before I throw in the towel and QUIT searching for the 'miracle' but after finding this site and reading about all the natural NBE herbs, might have to go on a mission to learn more about it and find out what you all are talking about when you initial all the herbs you all are taking!

I have to say i am amazed at the effectiveness of papaya enzymes as well, also swiss lamb placenta. I grew in a similar fashion as urself but i have started slowing down now, i think. However the swiss lamb placenta i use has a high dosage of vitamin A and i am not so comfortable with that since i already take a multivitamin. So, please which one do you use?

Let me first of all say, that you have been an inpiration to me! I read your program and thought WOW! If she can do it so can I! Your growth was amazing. People keep saying I have seen good results but I think they are nothing compared to the growth you recieved. I am not even done with my program. I am hoping to get to a Full D or a DD if I can! I have been using Swiss Lamb Placenta without the DNA (only because it kind of creeped me out thinking it might change my DNA, and might me turn into a Lamb!)the brand I think is called Daily Vita, I bought it from ebay. girl i just want some dd's like you as well. Yea i think the igf is playing a part with my growth slowing down. Because it seems to me like it took me months to grow .5 inch, which is weird. I dont want to take that much vitamin A because its a fat soluble vitamin and your body cannot get rid of it the way it can get rid of vitamin C for instance. I did research supershine as well but girl its quite expensive.

The brand of Papaya Enzyme I started with was Swiss Natural Resources, then I bought the GNC brand because it was on sale and it contains 600 caplets! The collagen is actually Hyaluronic Acid which is from Collagen. The pills have 300 mg of collagen and 45 mg of that is Hyaluronic Acid. The Hyaluronic Acid brand was called Oganika. Hope that helps!

School is getting pretty tough! It's my last semester then I graduate! I have been looking forward to this for the last 4 years!
I am willing to put in a full year until I see my result of a full D. It has been close to 6 years since I first heard about the concept of enhancing your breasts naturally, I just did not think it was possible. I try not to think about what could have been or else I would cry, but I will focus on the future and I will not stop until I get what I want: A FULL D!
I started to feel lost to after reading this forum for months, taking notes, researching on the net, asking people, and scientific research. In marketing they say if you are overlaoded with information you will not make a rational decision. So it took me a while to make a good decision about what is best for my body because i should know it better than any doctor out there! I am sorry I have not posted but you have to understand, my program was changing daily on what to take next, sometimes even more than once a day it was changing.
Then, I realized I must stop changing my routine! I can't post like that ! LOL! I am thinking about how that would look, it would change every 5 mintues. I am sorry for those who are looking for me to post right away! And I do not like to do things half-assed, so I will not post if it means I have to do "half-assed". I have a midterm coming up and I am spending way too much time on here!
But I will try to post everything after that.

On their website they listed their ingredients and some on youtube which are (for everyone who wants to know):
Collagen, Papaya-enzyme, Lactic acid bacteria, citric acid, malic acid, placenta acid, fiber-enzyme, tartaric acid, beta carotene, vitamin B1/B2/C.
Some of the ingredients you are using are papaya enzyme, collagen and placenta, just wondering how you knew that the placenta was "swiss lamb", and that the collagen they used was "Hyaluronic Acid"? Did you research it or ask the lady..?

I am sorry. I must have confused you. Someone else asked me this earlier. I SUBSTITUTED those ingredients in supershine for ingredients of my own. I could not find placenta acid so I use Swiss Lamb Placenta and because it is good for other things too. They used collagen, I used Hyaluronic acid which is derived from collagen and again for other reasons(good skin). And I take Papain (papaya enzyme). I used some of the main ingredients and I wanted to used those things for other benefits besides NBE.

Also, I completely stopped all herbs and have been doing a milk thistle cleanse and I am going to do an Aloe Vera cleanse as well then start something new. So far I have not decreased in size and have been filling up a bit more.

DOUBLE ACE: im interested in supershine but i live in the states so i can only (like i see that double d has done)...substitute the ingredients, im going down your list trying to find everything, im up to the Lactic Acid and have only found a lactid acid yeast supplement. i don't know if its the same thing here are the ingredients, not sure what they mean or if safe at all,.....can maybe you tell me if its worth it to take that as a supplement or no? seems more like a laxative to me....thanks

lactic acid can be found in: milk, yogurt, cheese, molasses, potatoes
I think supershine has some key ingredients good for growth but most of the ones I listed are almost all the ingredients they have in their product so you can save your money and make your own supershine.

hello everyone. i am honey from the philippines.i have been reading threads in this forum since september 2009. thanks to all. i learned a lot. =) i just would like to help those who are curious about supershine breast enhancer. i started taking it at 18 on mid 2007 (if forgot the month). i tried it 3 times (2 months supply each) somwhere in 2007 to october 2009. i wasnt able to consume it continuously because my budget only depends in my allowance. i had to save a lot.
about supershine:
i have visited their website and their price is much more expensive than here in the philippines. it is sold in ez shop branches in malls (for me in Cebu City) the price is 2500 pesos ($53) for one box of supershine (15 day supply). however they have a promo in which if you buy 4 boxes (2 month supply) they will give it to you for 8000 pesos. (170$)
my testimonial:
i was very flat chested before i took any breast enhancement product. i never filled an A or an aa cup(very sad). it was like my nipples were the only sign i had breasts. =p supershine was the first product i tried. my breast grew in circumference and probably (didn't measure) 0.75 inches. starting from flat to something, it was an improvement for me. however, i think the product is too expensive, i wish i could have researched the internet first before investing all that money in supershine. nonetheless, i don't totally regret it because i had growth. still can't fill A cups though. =D
i am not saying supershine wouldn't work for you because i read a thread in a local BE forum here about two girls who tried BE. one girl brought herappeal(another popular brand in the ph which is now unavailable) and the other brought supershine. they took it for 2 months i think and didn't see results. they decided to exchange products and voila! supershine worked for the first girl and herappeal for the 2nd. so NBE is definitely trial and error.
at present:
since december 2009 i have been taking breast success and evening primrose oil. the reason i chose this product is because i bought it in amazon for $78(6 bottles 100 capsules). i took 3 capsules 3 times a day. and 1 capsule 3 times a day for EPO. fenugreek exrtact of BS is 219mg x 3 = 657mg (because on the bottle it says 219mg is 3 capsules, serving). it lasted 2 months and i finished it on february 2010. the results are more visible than supershine but i always loose them during my periods(as i expected, but still discouraging). i still maintained some growth, more or less another .75 inches. again, i wish i researched more before buying breast success. but this time, i am not as regretful as before because the money was more worth it.
the future:
i am currently on detox/cleansing for two weeks. finally, i decided to purchase online. i am just waiting for my wonderup and collagen to arrive from the U.S. this time i think i am making the right choice even though it will cost me an additional 20 or more dollars to get it shipped by a forwarding company. i am very afraid that my products wouldn't arrive on the shipping address i designated. it is my first time to purchase products internationally and i am on my own. nobody knows about my BE journey because most of the people here wouldn't understand especially my parents. i hope you welcome me in this forum and get support from you guys. thanks so much. =)
