hiya! i have been doing some research, and i read that eating to handfuls of sesame seeds a daymake the boobs grow, does anyone know if there is any truth in that?

lol although i think there could be some truth in it, i have been eating them on and off for the last month, (lol trying to be healther and stay away from chocolate) and my breast have been aching and look alittle fuller, now i am wondering if it has anything to do with the seeds! funny thing is i am only eating thenm to stop me snacking on rubbish, what a result if it starts working on my boobs

crazy as t sounds, i have been eating them for the last month to stop me snacking on rubbish, and my breast have been aching for the last month and look alittle fuller. i only just read today about sesame seeds making breasts grow! maybe it's true. i will keep you updated

I myself had a question like this at one point as I read somewhere that sesame oil* is good for breast enlargement.
Not sure about the seeds though?

Wow, Kelly! I had no idea! Do you just eat the sesame seeds by themselves? I've only eaten them when they come on the food, bread, etc. Do you buy them at health stores? I definitely need to check it out!

I add sesame seeds powder to my soy milk to "balance" the "coldness" of soy. Sesame is also in boobie food list.

It's true. Seasem seeds do have phytoestrogenic properties. Middle Eastern teenage girls mixing it with chick pea (Hommos) and eat them several times daily to grow their breasts. they also massage using seasem seed extract or seasem seed oil. i have tried that method years back before actually being on NBE program. umm, i think they got fuller but also gained in my thighs :S lol.

Isn't tahini made from sesame seeds? I think it's just sesame butter. I used to make tahini dishes all the time... looks like now would be a good time to start doing that again!

I need to make a trip to a health food store soon! I recently started doing NBE again and all I'm taking so far is SP. Never really had any luck with phytoestrogenic herbs, maybe sesame seeds will be it!

That video was pretty funny, thanks for the laugh! She already had nice boobs, though...I'm jealous! I just bought some sesame seeds yesterday, I got the raw, un-hulled ones, I'm not sure if that makes a difference, though. I put a whole bunch in a yogurt parfait, and it was quite good! They added a nice texture along with the berries and fruit, and it beats trying to gulp down a huge handful of dry sesames, at least for me anyway. =)

Should get the sesame seed oil as that's where the benefits come from.. your body might not digest the seeds as well as the oil. I'm taking it, but for other reasons (oil pulling), maybe i'll try digesting it!

I have been eating them for a few days now and read up on them.
Apparently your body cannot digest them well when you eat the whole seeds so they should be crushed or ground.
Apparently they are full of antioxidants so they are generally quite good for you, I am really glad Kelly mentioned them.
I ground some today and mixed them once with honey, which was quite good, and then with milk and a little sugar, which was yummy as well. I still am on the slim side so some weight gain with this wouldnt do any harm :-).
I have been feeling some tingles and slight soreness in my nipples when I touch them since last night and today. I am just eating the seeds and doing EFT for my boobs, the EFT worked quite well last month with pains and extra fullness since then so it may be that or the combination. Either way I dont mind, main thing is they grow, and that without having to swallow all those pills again. :-)

You could easily just grind up some sesame seeds in a coffee grinder to make a powder. That's what I do with flax seeds.

And what do you do with the sesame seed oil? Massage? I was gonna buy the seeds, but not digesting them well might be a problem. Don't have a grinder either, and even if I did, I'm trying to make my routine very simple or I probably won't stick to it.

I bought (black)sesame seeds powder at asain market, I think black sesame seeds are "warmer" than white sesame seeds. And it tastes pretty good in soy milk or avocado smoothies. (so is peanut powder)

I have been eating two palmfuls of sesame seeds for like 2 - 3 days and my boobs were aching this morning and they were itchy. I think it's working, but I am close to my period so I will have to see...
Anyone else get itchy and achy boobs from this?

dprincess, I would definitely consider flax a boobie food. It has loads of health benefits. Flax seeds or flax seed oil are great.

I don't think sesame is considered a strong estrogen at all, it is very light i believe.

Would blended sesame oil be okay mixed with cocoa butter? its called blended sesame oil ingredients: seasame oil, refined veg oil and contains soybean. yeah for sure about the crushing of any seeds, it makes sense. you could just put them in a bag and smash them against a counter or use a table spoon in a little bowl

You could also buy or make your own Halva (Halwa).
It's a middle eastern treat made with Tahini (crushed sesame with the oil) and mix it with honey. I found a recipe that looks good. I bet adding cardamom and pistacio's would be yummy.
