Hi everyone. Sorry for being the typical noob, but I am so completely confused with all the NBE stuff. I started looking into it a few years ago, and I'm still just as confused now as I was then. There's just so much information, it's so overwhelming. I've been wanting to start a routine for forever, but I have absolutely no idea where to start. I know there's probably going to be a lot of trial and error, but I could really use a good starting point. My stats are as follows:

Age: 23
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 117 lbs.
Bust Measurment: 33.5"
Underbust Measurement: 29"
Overbust Measurement: 32" (assuming I measure in the right spot; that was the first overbust measurement I've done)
Bra Size: Not sure. The last time I was measured I was a 32C, and 100 lbs. I'm still wearing those bras, but since I was measured I've gained 30 lbs. and then lost about 15 of it. So I'm sure I wear a different size now; I'm going to go get measured again the next time I'm able to get to town.

Also, I take Wellbutrin and Topamax. I don't know if that limits any herb choices or anything, so I figured I'd add that.

Also (again), I've had pretty bad acne since puberty that's never responded to anything I've used on it. I've heard that that can be a hormonal thing? So that might also effect herb choices. I do know that when I went on the pill (Ortho Tricyclen Lo, which I'm no longer taking) it COMPLETELY screwed me up, mind and body. And did nothing for my acne. :p So my body doesn't like extra estrogen, perhaps? My mind's about to explode from all the details. :p

If there's any more information I need to give, tell me and I'll be more than happy to post it. The most important thing I'm concerned with is making my breasts fuller and firmer (something which they're desperately lacking at this point). They don't really have that rounded breast shape, still a little pointy, so I sometime wonder if maybe they didn't fully develop or something. All of the women in my family have way bigger boobs than me, even my mom, whose body frame was even thinner and smaller than mine when she was my age. Anyway, as far as growth is concerned, I'd like to grow a cup size. But the fullness and firmness are my top priority.

If anyone has any advice or a good routine to start with or anything they could give me, I'd really appreciate it.

JadeTigeress, ignore that nvonline comment, it's spam hun. It's trying to sell a product that is notorious for spamming.

Okay I'm not sure what the two medications you posted are as you didn't give any details to what they are, you have to remember we are all normal everyday people here just like you, we are not doctors and medical professionals LOL so you will have to explain what they are for, etc.

Your bra size according to your measurements, hoping that you are measuring correctly, is a 34AA, that's the US size, assuming you are in the US? You said "mom" instead of "mum" lol so that's what usually gives me the hint, is how the person types. I never go by how I get measured in shops, some of them do not know what they are doing and measure wrong. I've been in at Victoria's Secret a few times to be measured for giggles, this was when I was a 32C, I measured myself and I measure correctly, I've had tons of practice lol. Well they put me at a 32A lol, so I kept telling the lady she measured me wrong, she got angry with me and said I just had to accept my size, I was like okay go get me some 32A bras, I'll prove it. She did and I put them on, boobs coming out and all LOL and walked straight out in the main thing since she walked away from the dressing rooms (I'm not shy LOL) and very loudly so ALL the other customers could hear "see I told you you measured me wrong, see how much I'm coming out of it, I even think there is nipple action there!". Her manager got sooo freaking pissed and she came and measured me and got a 32C, I showed the other lady how the 32C fits and that's what I was at the time. I told the manager that the employees need to be trained better on how to measure natural breasts LOL. The same day, I was curious even more, went to other shops in the mall to be measured, every single one of them besides that one manager in VS and a rep in JC Penny got my size wrong! They got me anywhere from a 32A to a 34D. This is why I stress for girls to learn how to measure themselves properly, I explained how to measure properly on another thread here recently. So you could be measuring wrong, but according to what you said here you're a 34AA.

Okay now, you sound alot like me when I first started, a few inches taller, but around the same weight and I was a 32AA so smaller than you. I'm now a 32D (don't go by my avatar pic LOL wearing a VS push up in that if I was that big I'd be a 32E). I've had acne since I was 12, it has lessened but still annoying and I'm 23. I have dabbled into NBE for 5 years now trying a few different things. You can go read my picture/program page to read what did work for me. I also took Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo for a while, never had any issues with it, but we are all different, I am now on the Nuva Ring and love it.

Okay now if you don't want to grow cup size wise and just want shape and firmness... my suggestion would be massage, chest exercises, and a breast pump. That's what helped me with mine. The chi massage is the best for it, there is info on that in the massage section of the forum. For chest exercises you can do conventional exercises, if you use weight resistance do low resistance, like if you bench, I'd say no more than 40lbs. I personally use the Easy Curves device for my chest exercises and it's enough for me, I sometimes do pushups also. As for a pump, I use the Noogleberry pump and love it. It changed my shape, evened out my chest sizes, etc.

As far as supplementation, that is a very big subject and so much is out there, my suggestion and I know you will hate hearing this but it's what we all had to do including me... read through the forum and find what you think suits you best. For supplementation there is the herbal route, you can go with individual herbs or a product, but there is also another option besides herbs, BO (bovine ovary). So as I said, read through the forum a bit and find what you think will work best for you. I mean sure I could say, hey go take this or that... but really, I always feel it's best the person does their research before jumping in, knowing what to expect with each method and product, knowing what could possibly go wrong, and what it feels like when it's going right. Hope this helps and good luck!
Hi JadeTigeress, like what Anastasia916 has said there are alot of spam in the market especially when it is related to women beauty.

I always worry using all sort of methods which can be found from the net, such as surgical procedure, pills and creams which always carry potential risks on me.

Until a year ago one of my friend share with me the attached aritcle. It is totally a natural method using a combination of exercise and natural food intake. Since it is a natural method, it reduce my concern on potential risks. So I took a try, after one year I have increased one cup size and feel more firmness.

It is worth-it to try since it is a natural method.

Sorry, I have medical people in my family, so I just forget sometimes. :p Wellbutrin is an antidepressant, and Topamax is an anticonvulsant (though it's being used on me as a mood stabilizer).

You're probably right about my bra size at this point (I am in the US). I've only been measured correctly by one person, and that was the person that put me in a 32C, which fit beautifully at the time. It doesn't fit so great now. :p VS did a terrible job with fitting and I've gone to other stores where the people who worked there didn't even know a 32C existed. So yeah, I definitely need to learn to do this myself. That one lady who knows what she's doing might not always be available. :p

You've been a HUGE help. Thanks so much. I definitely was wanting to incorporate massage somehow, so I'll go look into the chi massage. And I've been eyeing the Noogleberry lately. I was kind of wanting to try it, but I was afraid I'd just get saggy boobs instead of perky boobs. I may just go ahead and dive in.
Hey Girl :)

So, you mentioned you're interested in making your boobs firmer and rounder. I definitely suggest massage! Palmers cocoa butter is good. I see a lot of praise for it on this site. I've only used it for stretch marks, but that did include using it on my breasts. It would be a good choice for masssaging. Currently, I use Breast Success cream on my boobs. I love it. I don't think it has done anything for breast growth, but I've definitely noticed firmer, nicer shaped boobs which is definitely a plus!
Maybe I can use the Palmers cocoa butter in the massage that I learn :-)
Okay sorry didn't see the new posts here... yea palmers cocoa butter lotion or cream is good for preventing stretchmarks, even if you don't use it for massage, use it once daily. If you are doing the chi massage I wouldn't use a lotion, cream or oil while doing it, you don't need the lubrication as you need a firm grip while doing the rotations. If you are doing like a deep tissue massage, like I sometimes do, then yes I recommend using lotion, etc.

As far as Noogleberry... there are many ladies on the Noogleberry forum besides myself that gained firmness, perkiness, roundness, etc. while using it. My hubby thought the same thing... "omg that's going to stretch them out or you'll end up with coned boobs" LOL. But nope it does the opposite, weird how vacuum therapy works huh?
Thanks for the advise.
