I am new to this site, and have been researching a ton in the last week. I am going to try the PM spray from the same website Katie got hers on (pueraria.co.uk) and I was wondering if I should massage with the spray or massage and then spray it on. I read somewhere that it isn't good to massage with any sprays or creams unless they don't have NBE herbs or things like that in them because it messes with your hormones. Is that true? Or should I massage with the spray?
