Hi everyone, My name is kelsey, I am 22 years old 5'9" 123lbs and i wear a 34A bra size. I am very unhappy with this and have been considering implants since I was a teenager. I would really like to avoid surgery if it is possible. I have read alot on here and it seems like some people are seeing results and some are not. I would be happy going up to a small c cup or a large b cup. Does anyone have any advice for me beings that I am just starting off. I have done some research on perfect curves and triactol but i do not know if these would work for me. Any advice would be helpful
The only thing you can do and is just pick a program and start it. Nobody can tell you what you should start using because everybody reacts completely different. You said you've read a lot on this forum, right? Well then just pick whatever program makes the most sense to you (herbs, gum, BO) and start it. Then you can start making adjusts depending on your growth or lack of.
I agree with Run.Rabbit. But until you do choose a program, you may want to start with massages. they can be used with any pogram and are good for stimulating blood flow which can lead to gowth. There are members who have claimed an increase in cup size just from massage. There are many types of massages discussed on the forum but I think as long as you do something its better han nothing. Also consider the Noogleberry system. It also can be used with other programs. There have been thoe who claim the results with the NB are temporary but many others claim permanent increases. The general consensus here is that it is permanent and well worth the effort. So that should give you a head start on your journey and don't be a stranger. Keep us up on your progress. Kelsey, as a start it is always advisable to go for natural method before trying a more “aggressive" way due to the potential side effects.

I try a natural method a year ago through a friend who share with me the attached article. Since then I have improved one cup size. It is a combination of exercise and foods intake, I mean natural foods (not supplement) so it mitigate the potential side effects.
